I’ve heard the Hermes store repair process takes forever. Maybe go to the Apple Store and hope the iPhone repair people can drop some Loc-Tite glue in there and refasten it?
Or do it yourself since it sounds like you have the screwdriver?

That Jumping is the 'one that got away' for me. They pop up occasionally, but I always seem to miss them
Definitely one I saw on the purse bop post that turned me on to Yuka, but I don’t think Apple is trying to do a Bambou-alike.
They def like churning out very familiar colors to old ones but somehow I don’t think they do that for a bright green?

Okay, so I bought an absurdly cheap Hermes leather single tour on eBay - minus all packaging, which contributed, and has some small signs of wear. Overall really happy… except the seller called it Navy Blue, but it’s 42mm, and Bandbreite says Navy Blue was only ever 44/45mm. My best guess is Blue Indigo, but any contrary views? (Apologies for underwhelming photography/lighting.)

Yeah probably Indigo. You’re seeing some blue to it right? Regardless indigo can look like black out of context.
Generally a PITA. Unless you're truly motivated, too much tinkering every time to move the line. If you did it very infrequently, maybe....
I'm in the same boat as you - moved my cellular to the Ultra, and the Hermes now doesn't have it. Keeping it that way as no easy way (in the UK ) to do it. Could take out another line, but that would be a waste as rarely use it. Though you know the day i need to use it I will have my Hermes on my wrist .....

While Epsom is uniquely cleanable, this is beyond the pale unless you wear it at one of those two smallest sizes. And yes it’s Feu/fire
Also: is the tongue piece ripped off the lug?
I think that’s just awkward photo angle, but yeah it doesn’t look well cared-for. I do wear Hermes at the smallest two sizes, but still… it’s just a bit much. If it was some colour/design I didn’t have, but hard to see me choosing this over my much nicer Orange Swift. Just the $50 price got me interested!
It would be worth purely as a project. I say you do it haha. Curious how much you can massage the holes back to form. A lot of the black will come off the parts that aren’t the belt, you’d be surprised…
Too much damage for even $50. At that level of wear, it’s almost worthless.
I would say $10-$25 range including shipping and taxes would be the max I would pay.
On top of that, the amount of sweat and oil that the wearer probably put in. Hard pass thinking about that.
