[doublepost=1512330897][/doublepost]I also took delivery of the 42 mm EBENE Barenia deployment buckle Apple Watch Series 3 this week. It's my first Apple Watch and I really like it a lot. Here are some pics. It was really hard to find this color so I actually ended up having to order it directly from Hermes myself. Apple says it takes 5 to 7 weeks to get it on their website and Hermes, had it in stock and I had it shipped overnight had it the next day.

Love it!!

I presume that it's supposed to be black (ébène) but in your photos it looks more of a dark brown, unless that's just the camera...

LOS ANGELES BABY!!
very, very nice but the straps seem a bit too tight

It's not. Doesn't even leave a mark on my arm after wearing all day.

It's not black. It is dark brown. I wanted the dark brown band with the deployment buckle and this was the only option.

Ok.... I REALLY hope the new orange sports band Apple released isn’t the exact same shade as the hermes Bands.... it will ruin the exclusivity.

I don’t know how accurate the colours of the photos on the Apple store are, but here are the spicy orange and Hermès orange together for comparison

Seems like the Hermès orange is slightly lighter in colour?

I know but the Hermès one is actually not far off my band. Kinda washed out orange and lighter than the spicy orange. At least in photos anyway
Let's wait and see what a live comparison decided :)

IMO the Hermès Sport band color was always different than the bright orange we are used to. That is also why the Hermès color is so special.

That said, I really don't understand Apple move to release the very same color (if true). Could this be the end of a next Apple Watch Hermès (or Apple/Hermès cooperation) Also Apple/Hermès need to add something to make the watch more special than box, watch face, leather band and brand only. Could be an Hermès orange charging dock... ;)

An orange dot for the crown would’ve been perfect for the LTE series 3.

Or orange plastic box instead of the white one.
Do you know that people on eBay are actually paying serious money to get this Apple Watch orange Hermès box:eek:

In my opinion, it doesn’t matter if shade varies, it still spoils it for Hermes owners.
Agreed. But oh well. The one positive out of this is if the case matches close enough to the band it will look great. Definitely seems it’s a brighter orange though than the hermes

Honestly, I don't give a sh*t. Let other people have an orange band too, it's fine. That color is missing from the beginning and it matches really well with the black/gray watches. There once was an orange band but it really was more red than orange.

Also, I haven't used my orange Hermès band that often (but that's because I have an insane collection of bands :D).

Somehow I don't really feed bad for you...It won't be exactly the same shade so you will still have an "exclusive / rare" band to wear. I'm personally glad they introduced another shade of orange. The first orange sport band was a bit too reddish.

I don’t feel bad at all. I don’t own a Hermes watch.
