@athousandbands Thanks. Are there instructions for setting up the band? I never did deployment before. Can you shower with it? How do you clean it?
I think you can do whatever you want with it, like an Apple sport band. And then stainless steel can handle water right?
Definitely latch it together at your usual hole before attaching it to your watch and then it’s your forever solo loop haha.

Would love to know the origin of that color name. Prob just a random Hermes employee/muse. And yeah I guess it makes sense if yours is supposed to be a dry tree leaf green
As with other OEM Apple Watch bands I've purchased, instructions are included in the box if you look for them. In the case of the Hermes packaging, they're in the upper compartment of the strap pouch, with the rest of the documentation.
This is the last Apple-era leather I need. So perfect
I hope we get Rose Azalée , Anemone, Jaune Amber in Kilim at least. Those 3 colors are my 45mm frustration.
Dunno those colors are “sporty” though. Could see them doing Blanc, Lime, a dark blue-green or bambou-alike, Rouge Piment. Just sticking to the 45mm playbook, even though the band comes in 41. Maybe Jaune de Naples…harken back to the yellow sport band.

Apple store seems to have the orange and Navy 45mm Kilim again in stock currently as well so was able to use the monthly apple card payments and 3% cash back to finally to try these.
All the wild praise for the Kilim bands, I ordered the navy and orange Kilim bands in 45mm to see if they are worth it.
Will return if these bands dont seem worth it, as I'm still a bit skeptic on bands made of rubber costing this much. But that H pattern design does look good.

Does anyone happen to know if the Navy/Rouge Twill Jump is actually going to be made in the 45mm size? I have never seen one for sale and Apple’s main band page says that it is 41mm only. But the product page for the band has a 45mm option and product images for the 45mm size. You just can’t actually order it.
I would chalk it up to the 45mm option being an error on Apple’s site. But the Noir/Gold also says 41mm only on the main band page. But it too has a 45mm option and you can actually buy it. So I don’t know what to think!

It’s a nice rubber band, but it’s pretty expensive for what it offers. For me, I prefer the Hermes Sports band. Perfect band and super comfortable! Good luck!
I had the orange Hermes sports band (bought it from ebay a while back), but I was not finding myself wearing it as it didn't standout compared to my other sports bands, including the NIKE ones with the holes that I preferred. I ended up selling it some months ago.
I felt similar initially to spending a high cost on the jumping bands also when they were first released, but the orange/blue jumping band ended up becoming one of my fav bands in my collection because it stood out and the orange was so vibrant against the blue! The Kilim band does look like a standout, but I agree that the fact that it is rubber is what's a hesitation for me. Seems like its worth a try esp with Apple's return policy and effortless returns in store if I dont like it.
