They both are easy to use. I have all the Kilim bands and the Ebene and Noir deployment bands and that’s why I like them. Because they are so easy to slip on and off.
There was a band in box?! 🥹Is there any info on the underside of the box? Maybe the weird look is because it’s the old noir band in “box” leather?

The Noir, Hermès Leather was released in Fall 2015bands.bandbreite.watch
We know they faked 18k gold for the sake of the display case but I don’t think they would need to cut corners in an Hermes store or Hermes-wealthy Apple Store? Given we now know Apple thinks Hermes leather is worth 30 bones.
That said, it's weird they didn't post a pic of the pointy end that has the Hermes stamp.
Yeah and I think I’ve even seen one on ebay once?! Obviously impossible to search, if eBay even kept all their completed listings
Looks fake to me. The texture of the leather doesn't look right. And all Hermès leather single tours have 7 holes. This one has 6.

I have the Orange Single Tour and Fauve Barenia, they are both much softer than the Kilim.
This will only make sense to those of us in the UK.

looks like you were onto something. They initially called it anemone and it’s darker so I assumed it was a first gen.
But they’ve now updated the posting and called it a cassis.
So not rare.

Haha I messaged them with Bandbreite screenshots. Poor seller was sold it as Bordeaux by another ebayer. Not rare but definitely “fresh” as that band is fairly new and you don’t see a ton of listings.
Prob one that sold out before the fire sale? I def want the Jumping version.
I think the stitching gives it away since Anemone 2 has such vibrant contrast to it.
Yes for sure! But the way iPhones process color in photos I would not be surprised if I got it and it was actually Anemone.
Yeah one shouldn’t assume it’s even getting the stitching contrast right. It’s a shame they don’t put 41mm on the underside.

Actually the colors aren’t much better on the Hermes site. I was disappointed at how dark rouge h was in person on the tag I bought.

I’ve grown used to it and actually like it now 😬. I think because I started pulling the menu down from that side so it makes sense to my brain now that it’s over there.
Kilim update: I’ve had the strap for about a week now. My wrist seems to have got used to the initial discomfort I felt and I mostly don’t feel it any more. Mostly. It’s still not as soft and smooth as the leather deployment. But it’s my daily driver and I’m keeping it. I just love how it looks.
I am thinking, possible to swap out the kilim bands’ deployment buckle with the leather’s normal buckle?
Then the leather ones would come with deployment, which is more needed since leather creases (that line at the holes) each time I put on and take off. The kilim won’t have this problem, so it can use the normal buckle.
