False advertising?

The Bridon band looks a lot wider in Apple‘s renders than it actually is, no?

I’d love a Bridon myself but one might not be wrong in assuming they simply plopped the 41mm band onto the 45mm lugs; it looks so unlike what I’d expect from Hermès or Apple.

With issues like AirTag Key Rings falling apart in the past, they don’t admit anything and simply stealth update the design for the next season. Hope this design sticks around to get a refresh and that this is fixed with it.

Now that would be extremely lazy, seeing as that colourway is only available for the 45 Watch anyways.

Does someone have a 41 Bridon band/Watch so we can compare? Maybe the look is supposed to be narrow and it‘s just that no-one told Apple marketing before the renders were made?

My guess is the 45mm bridon’s were for 41mm but they decided at the last minute to switch some to 45mm and simply placed them on 45mm lugs.

My bridon is also that way and it might explain why it’s the shorter and narrowest band ever for 45mm

But it’s also slim on the 41mm. I think if it were thicker on the double tours it might fold up against the watch if it were wider.

Edit: adding stock photo vs real life

There‘s a difference here as well, bot nowhere near as vast as with the 45.

Maybe folks with 41/45 Bridons could measure the exact width in cm/inches? Then we‘d know for sure if they‘re actually the same.

My Puzzle H orange bracelet arrived today!
Very nice! I love my Gris Étain one, tempted to get a brighter colour for summer. I notice they've released a fabric version made with braided denim, might wait to see if they do any other fabric colours as that would be better for warmer weather. Like moyjoy, I vote right too by the way. Although personally I leave my watch alone and wear on the other wrist.

It's approximately 18.5mm at the widest point for 41mm, which is about 2mm skinnier than the woven nylon and leather Single Tours are. So smaller, but definitely not as extreme as the 45mm ones look.

Yeah it is new to me to wear with the watch. I normally wear a Tournis Tres on the other wrist - with the H and being double tour it is too fussy to wear it next to that I find.

Alright… ordered my 41mm on eBay because I can’t shake the feeling that my 45mm is too large and “techy”

If I don’t like it, I won’t lose much money reselling.

I know for 45mm, the orange sport band part number is 605-05893 and the black sport band is 605-05891.

Does anyone have the 41mm orange band? Possibly 605-05892 if logic dictates?
The orange band for the Series 9 41mm is 602-06487-A, assuming I’m looking in the right place.

I've been eyeing that new bracelet. How do you like it? The website does not show off the contrast between the "H" and the rest of the clasp as well as your photos. Do you have the Goliath and is it comparable?
I like it so far. I don’t have the Goliath, but I think this one is a bit more substantial. What I like about the H is that is not obvious until you see it. Then you can’t unsee it if that makes sense!

Now that I've got my hands on a leather band, I can see what all the hype is about. Wow! I'm impressed.

This is also me not being a leather goods connoisseur, but that said, this just feels so different from other leather goods I have/had in the past.
The suppleness…I can only describe it as “higher resolution.” Like apple classic buckles were 1080p and Hermes drape/bend in 4K

I wish they sold this in a smaller size for women. I would love to have this band in navy.

I have the 41mm orange band from last year. The only number I can find is on the packaging and is 602-05561-A
Oh interesting! I have two part numbers now.

In the past, I’ve had luck asking them to use the serial to order the “orange” sport band. Hopefully I can still make it work.

My orange sport band came with my Series 8 watch. Maybe that is why the numbers are different.

Well… I should have visited an Apple Store before ordering the 41mm

The S/M band is too small. I thought my wrists are 170mm. They’re actually right at 180mm. The largest setting on the sport band is too small to be comfortable with regular muscular movement, so I have to do M/L. Can’t use the S/M orange band comfortably. Probably going to sell the leather band and S7 41mm watch separately to recoup costs.

For the fun of it, which size looks better?
