I have more than I ever needed. Let's put it this way, I have so many iPods that I'm not sure of the location of all of them, and I haven't really missed any of the lost ones.

I have four iPods. In order of purchase, here they are:

Purple 4th generation iPod Nano, 4GB
2nd generation iPod touch, 8GB
4th generation iPod touch, 8GB
Product Red 7th generation iPod Nano, 16GB

I currently use six six-gen iPod classics, a fifth-gen iPod touch, and a seventh-gen iPod nano.

The iPod classics are for my stereos and my cars, the iPod touch for travel, and the nano for working out.

I've had many over the years, but this month I have actually gotten all the way down to one!

But I'm extremely happy with it. Brand new 160GB iPod classic in Silver.

I first bought the black one, but the clickwheel was rather unresponsive, and it got pretty hot in the sun due to the color. The Silver ones clickwheel is much better, and it does a bit better in the sun. And no, I don't leave it in the sun, it's just when I'm driving around in the car and it's on it. I always take it with me out of the car or cover it up if it's not too hot.

Found this case on Ebay for $5 shipped, it's a legit Belkin case. Works fine, but a bit too big (for OG 160GB Classic)

I still have my iPhone and GNex for music though. But they aren't iPod's :)

I don't have... any iPods! Which is kind of unfortunate, I really want to store my entire music collection on one device, but maaaaan... I don't feel like spending $400 on an iPhone. I suppose by the time I would add in an iPod it would get up to that cost though...

My last iPod was a 5th Generation iPod nano with the video camera.

I dare not get them all out at the same time for a pic in case the wife sees!

20GB 2nd Gen iPod
15GB 3rd Gen iPod (my favourite)
40GB 4th Gen iPod
40GB iPod Photo
160GB iPod Classic
6GB 2nd Gen iPod Mini
4GB 1st Gen iPod Nano
16GB 6th Gen iPod Nano
1GB 1st Gen iPod Shuffle
1GB 2nd Gen iPod Shuffle
4GB 3rd Gen iPod Shuffle

Plus a 32GB iPhone 3GS that's mainly just used as an iPod touch around the house, my 64GB iPhone 5S and the two iPads...

I have a few iPods.

2nd Generation iPod mini (2x | Silver 4GB, Blue 4GB)
1st Generation iPod (Awaiting Arrival)
4th Generation iPod (2x | 40GB Monochrome, 20GB Photo)
6th Generation iPod nano (Silver 8GB)
4th Generation iPod shuffle (Green, 2GB)

My silver mini needs a bit of work (new battery, possibly new logic board). The 40GB needs a new battery and the blue mini could stand to have its battery replaced as well. My 20GB, 6th generation nano, and 4th generation shuffle all work just fine. The 1st generation iPod was bought from Mac of All Trades and the listing stated that the battery no longer holds a charge. A replacement has been ordered from Other World Computing.
