Hmm...Loyalty plan...

Verizon Loyalty plan: $60.00 month - 2 GB/unlimited calling, and text = $1,440 for 2 years not including taxes

I was offered this and should've probably gone for it.

I just switched to More Everything 1GB plus the additional 1GB/month for a year promotion. I may ask about this again as I don't think I really need tethering (the only thing I'd give up with the Verizon loyalty plan). We'll see what my first actual bill is like on More Everything after my corporate discount (which can't be applied to the loyalty plan either).

Since my mom is on my plan, I recently switched us to the AT&T Value Share Plan with unlimited talk and text and 10GB of data. She barely uses any data on her iPhone, so I generally use the bulk of it. With my FAN discount from my employer, our bill is $118/month, which is down from $153/month we were paying on the older family plan. The $35 is better in our pockets.

Approx $25 a month.

My employer provide the iPhone and service plan, for which I need to pay the income tax benefit of NOK 400 a month. Quite reasonable as I get unlimited phone calls/sms/mms and 2 GB of data, plus a new iPhone every 2nd year.

AT&T 10GB Mobile Share

iPhone 5C
iPhone 5C
iPhone 4S
Quick Messaging Phone

~175 a month, and when bundled with U-Verse TV, Internet, and Phone service, around 420 a month.

TL;DR-Too much.

Good lord what TV package do you use?

U450. Strongly considering dropping it down to the U300 package, no one in the house really watches most of the channels that we do have.

Oh, the Internet is the "Max Plus" plan, up to 18Mbps, but on a good day I get around 10 on Ethernet, and around 8 on WiFi.

T-Mobile here.
iPhone 5c, 1GB LTE, Unlimited 2G
iPhone 5c, 1GB LTE, Unlimited 2G
iPhone 5c, Unlimited 4G data
We pay exactly $205 a month. Pretty good deal considering T-Mobile has better coverage than what we had with AT&T in our area!

Almost $600/month.

1 iPhone 4S Unlimited Data/equipment protection
1 iPhone 5 4GB Data/equipment protection
1 Non-Smart Phone/No Data/equipment protection

I feel like with all the competition I should pay less, but when I compare its around the same amount. So why change for pennies?

Unless I'm misreading it, it looks like you have 3 phones. If you go with Tmobile You could get unlimited talk+text for all lines, plus 2 lines of unlimited data and 1gb for your "dumb phone" for 150, or 170 if you added insurance (JUMP) to the two lines that have it. Thats a pretty significant savings, especially if you're able to use your old phones. At 60-80$ of savings a month, that's something I would look into. Of course this all dependent on your area and needs, but worth a look nonetheless :)

A similar subsidized Mobile Share Value Plan costs just the same on AT&T. Do you upgrade your iPhones every 2 years or shorter? If so, just stick to unlimited. After taxes, you'll still end up paying around $600 per month.
