Is buying PRO broken for anybody else? I am getting an "Unknown product identifier" error.
I had Pro via the iPad/iPhone app and it transferred over.
Maybe buy the pro version on the phone first?
I see her on tv Apple store. Two versions. One is free and the second costs $ 9.99.
I don't understand how you can possibly have bought it 3 times. You can buy the Pro app, and you can buy the in-app Pro upgrade for the free app (and both will carry over to all devices that use the same app store account). What is the third item you paid for?The 'free' version has many features blocked. You can unblock them by buying the 'pro' version in the app. But when you do so on one device and you download the 'pro' version on another, since you bought it, you'll pay again. I ended up paying 3 times without knowing it. I had set my preferences to buy without warning. So I downloaded the pro version shortly after I bought the 'in app' pro version inside the other app to compare them. And because I thought I could also use it on the iphone I just downloaded it again. I thought I already bought it so I did not had to pay....

It's understandable how someone could pay twice, but buying it three times should not be possible on a single app store account.Apparently I am not the only one with this problem of paying twice:
I think many people misunderstand what the in-app purchase does. It does not give you access to the Pro app. It just activates the Pro functionality in free app. If you want to use it on another device, you need to install the free app and restore the in-app purchase inside the app.I think it is some problem with the 'free' and 'paid' version. It seems that when you buy the pro version 'in-app' you may encounter this bug that was not sufficiently taken care of.

Hmm, we haven't seen anything like that here, but the upcoming 4.0.3 update will include a handful of streaming related improvements which may help.Every So often my hard drive connected to the AP Extreme just becomes unaccelable to infuse, Sometimes in the middle of a movie, And I have to manually unplug it from the router and plug it back in.... any ideas?

With any luck we're hoping to submit it to Apple this week!Any guesses as to when the update will be released? I'm dealing with the divx issue myself. Otherwise, everything is working great!
Awesome! That's great to hear.Since the latest tvOS update, the app has worked 100% flawlessly for me, and that is with using it every single day. Couldn't be more pleased. Considering I was pretty unimpressed by the initial release it is a massive turnaround. My most used app by far.
The UI of Infuse is better than Kodi, although it lacks many of the features that Kodi has. Infuse 4.0.3 (due to be released soon) will restore DivX and XviD support, so it should be all you need. FWIW, Kodi is not available on the ATV 4, but a slimmed down version of Kodi is, its called MrMC. I also have MrMC, but I prefer Infuse. The UI is just too good. How does this compare to kodi, my atv4 is on its way from radioshack. I mostly want to stream my movies and tv shows from my win 10 pc.

I'm super impressed with Infuses ability to play DTS and Dolby Digital files from my NAS, something that my favorite Plex can't do without a PC to transcode.
My one big issue with Infuse though is that's it's VERY lacking in the metadata matching and UI features. My Plex server matched all my movies and tv shows perfectly but infuse will fail to get good posters/artwork, frequently just shows a blank folder icon and generally lacks the polish of the Plex interface and features. I suspect the metadata engine is poor.
If the above can be improved this app is a killer app for the ATV.

I don't know about folders but you can search and select the artwork for a movie if Infuse didn't match it up. At least on the Apple TV. When I looked through the iOS version I didn't see the option but may have missed it.I'm super impressed with Infuses ability to play DTS and Dolby Digital files from my NAS, something that my favorite Plex can't do without a PC to transcode.

Have you tried the Amber skin on MrMC? Remote functions are still a work in progress, though. I had to delete MrMC and reset up, then add favorites to see thumbnails properly.I also have MrMC, but I prefer Infuse. The UI is just too good.
Here too.Periodically, I will get an error for my "favorites" folders and have to point infuse to the correct folders again. Anyone else run into this problem? I have forced quit infuse and it still won't find my favorites unless I start all over.
