Yes, either disabling iCloud Sync or manually clearing your iCloud data appears to resolve the issue for now.

Apple is still investigating, and we'll post any updates we get from them.
It didnt fix it for me - I turned off iCloud sync and rescanned, but then it blanked again, and I now have an error code showing.

I have emailed. ticket to you in any event, you might review in due course please?

Have you installed and reinstalled the app? That worked for me.

Hello Firecore-Team,

now iOS 11.4 ist out now. Do you know if the new iOS fix the Problem with the cracking noise (see Posts in this Forum below) ?

Same Problem with cracking noise (if under Settings Sound is Passthrough)

I have a HDD directly on my router. It's a 3 TB My Passport Ultra. All Movies and TV-Shows are in Dolby Digital 5.1 or DTS. So I don't have Atmos or DTS-X. The Sound with Settings Passtrough is very good for me. AVR Shows the right Sound-Format. Everything is fine. And I only want this back.

That is what Firecore says:

Sorry for the trouble. This is related to a bug in tvOS 11.3 we reported to Apple when the first beta came out. Unfortunately it seems they decided to release 11.3 with resolving this.

We are currently looking in potential solutions for working around this tvOS bug, and plan to have more news soon.

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like Apple got around to addressing this in 11.4, but on the bright side we should see the first build of tvOS 12 next week. Who knows...maybe they'll surprise us with full passthrough and Atmos. #fingerscrossed

Infuse is a media player platform which allows you to play locally hosted media files on Apple platform without transcoding etc.

The latest version is not playing nice with my watching titles. I just stopped watching a film half way through and it disappeared from the list.

Strangely, every file I’ve tried to open since the update has failed to play and given me the “An error occurred loading this content” message. It seems to be something related to Plex, because that’s how I added shares. If I go in and add a network drive via SMB than my files play. Previously, Plex was working fine.

Edit: looking like it’s a problem with my Plex server and not Infuse

I would love to know how they're implementing atmos? bitstreaming? If so does that mean infuse could then bitstream truehd and DTSHD-MA? I imagine you'll get your hands on a beta this week?

We'll be digging into the 12.0 beta in the coming days to see what sort of useful things we can find.

However, at first glance it doesn't appear as though Atmos is included in this first build.

I like it but I need all my folders in a grid like Plex had them. Because having to scroll kinda sucks anyone knows if I can actually have all my folders in a grid like plex has them?

For what it is worth the playing section is still forgetting titles here both in app and from the home screen.
