Is xcode beta also required when installing from the newer itunes version included in sierra (12.5)?

I read elsewhere it wasnt. (maybe in this thread) Only for older versions of iTunes.

It looks like the option ha been removed from settings but the feature itself is still there. E.g. If I plug in some headphones it will suggest the Music App on the lock screen and in the app switcher.

Not getting this. Nothing happens when plug in headphones for me. BUT I think I had that option off if I recall before upgrading. Not sure if that matters.

Notes collaboration issue:
Working fine on my phone (done all the betas from the start), but on my partners 6 only now installed the GM, and she doesn't have the collaborate button present... (attached screenshot with head and + present on mine)
Any ideas why? Any setting I might need to change?

Even with suggested apps off the phone screen used to light up when headphones were plugged in with iOS 9, which doesn't happen now with iOS 10.

Make sure all your apps are updated before updating to the new version. That's what worked for me.

When clicking on an App icon in Updated (from the App Store), it no longer goes to the page for that app. This only used to work on an iPhone (not at iPad), but it looks like that nice feature was dropped in the GM. Very annoying. I've always been hoping for that to be added on the iPad.

Interesting find. It definitely used to work like that for some time before iOS 10. Hopefully it's just some bug that will get fixed at some point in the near future.

That was it!! Notes on iCloud were off, turned them on, transferred notes from On this iPhone" to iCloud, and now working as it should.

I doubt it's a bug as it never did had that behaviour on iPad. Really annoying as I love the ability to go directly to the App page to view latest reviews and Version info (full) after updating. Extremely annoying as now I have to search manually. All it does now is expand the update text (which always work work when just clicking the text).

It's never worked on my iPad. Even on ios9. Previous delta beta released were fine but it stopped working on the GM. Installed OTA.

It's kind of broken on the iPhone it seems. It worked once and not the best of the time, although tapping on an app icon on the update screen the data spinner in the status bar appears for a moment like it's trying to do something but nothing happens.

Yeah, it seems to work once on the first app you try in the update section after stating up the App Store app and then it's just the spinner and that's it.

I'm thinking it's server side. It's not working on my girlfriend's phone now either. She's still on ios9.

Do you happen to have use cellular data switched on in the itunes settings? I have that off and am on wifi. Maybe it has something to do with cellular data? I am in US so perhaps its a UK thing? And instead of reset all settings maybe just network settings. Seems its a network issue if you guys are getting the spinning and seemingly no connection to the server.

I'm still getting issues when I reboot the device (Half tone screen w/ different colors instead of black) Reported this in the feedback app months ago and just deleted the profile. Sucks

Folks, I've been getting amazing battery performance on my iPhone 6s running iOS 10.0.1 GM. Did a forced restore to the new GM and then restored from my backup which was previously on iOS 9.3.3. Hope others been having similar results. No lag, no stutter. Pics for proof.
