So you take pleasure in being fooled into believing a company is practically supernatural? Ordinarily that's not something intelligent adults are proud of.

All I did was admit that nothing I said was making sense. It usually takes me awhile to explain myself.

So the screen lights up? It did that for me in iOS 9, but I don't get that in iOS 10.

Do you have Reduce Motion enabled?
Yes, it lights up, when you plug your headphone to jack.

As I've already stated. The GM 'candidate' was seeded to Public Beta members. Developers received the same build one day earlier, and its called GM seed. What developers receive is the only thing that matters. There is a time in the past Developers received 2 GM candidates, iOS 7 being that time. But this DP GM is not a candidate, it is the final seed.

We may see a 10.0.2 on launch day, but we will not see a different 10.0.1, guaranteed.
Haha you prob right but careful with the guarantees. Seems you guaranteed beta 7 would be the last beta too :). But yeah prob wont change but with the several remaining obvious issues being reported it wouldn't totally surprise me to be surprised again by Apple on Tuesday with a newer final build. Most likely tho 10.0.2 on the way soon.

Developer profile never had the feedback app. ONLY the public beta profile installs that app. Nothing to do with beta or GM iOS version.
But this iOS 10 beta from somewhere around beta 3 all the way to beta 8, even developer profile has feedback app.

Hahaha, no, I was willing to bet beta 7 was the last beta! :D:p I was wrong about that, clearly, but this one seems a little more straight forward. Last year we had a different public release of iOS 9, so anything could happen. But being 10.0.1, it would seem odd to release a second one of that. We haven't even gotten a 10.0.0! I think a 10.0.2 would just be easier. Thats all!

Since I can remember this button doesn't work. I hope it's fixed in final release.

Yeah, it does not work, although for non-AM/iTunes Store music it is greyed out while for AM/iTunes Store music it is red.

My Mac doesn't support Sierra.

Your not missing much IMO. Both my 2012 MBA and 2011 iMac support Sierra but I've downgraded back to El Cap 4 times on my MBA now. Running El Cap currently and haven't upgraded the iMac at all yet. I had 0 problems running betas on El Cap on either machine, but Sierra has been nothing but crashes for me.

Even on GM?

Yes it works. It takes you to the artist page. (Screenshot 1: is the album page where the button "in question" is. Screenshot 2: is after tapping the button and taken to the artist page from tapping the button.)

Even if it did, it still wouldn't have Handoff. I'm very envious of 2009 MacBook owners (I have a 2009 MacBook Pro).

That still baffles me that the 09 MacBook is supported but the same year 09 MacBook Pro is not. (I have a 17" unsupported 09 MacBook Pro)

Using GM on iPhone 6 64gb...

Music still has the invisible delete button.

Still no 'clear all' in up next.

Typing no longer lags but screen responsiveness is laggy - swiping between apps or opening / closing.

Reported again and again...
But still they just ignore those reports as if they are not there.

To prove what you say is actually wrong, I take three examples.
This one is music imported from CD.
IMG_1676.PNG

Artist is greyed out. Tapping on it does nothing.
This one is iTunes Store song.
IMG_1677.PNG

Artist field is greyed out. Tapping on it does nothing.
And this one is also iTunes Store song.
IMG_1678.PNG

This one has red artist field, but tapping on it does nothing too.
Only reason I can think is I have disabled Apple Music. But this is not the case, because when I tap "Adele" it does go to Adele artist page.

Anyone having problems with the News widget? It never loads anything, it's empty just like in beta 8.
Mine just updates far less frequently but it does update.

So you're saying I'm wrong and the fact it works on all my iOS devices is just an illusion? You even say it works when tapping on Adele. So clearly IT WORKS and the stuff it's not working for, either doesn't have an artist page or isn't even on iTunes/Apple Music.

*EDIT* quick test on an artist not available on iTunes shows that they greyed out/non working button is in fact due to that artist not available on iTunes, therefore has no page to go to. That does NOT mean the button doesn't work, like you adamantly say I'm wrong that it doesn't work. It does work, and for obvious reason doesn't for artists not on iTunes.

*EDIT 2* the ONLY time it does not work is when the artist is available on iTunes (so artist name is red) but that particular album you're viewing is not.

Battery life is so bad still. I've been on my phone moderately for the past 6 hours and it's fallen from 100% to 19%... I had way way longer life on ios9. The keyboard nuisance is still present as well.

I can only hope that they issue a 10.0.2 tomorrow otherwise I'll be downgrading for the meantime.

Well as luck would have it mine as stopped working now too. Same deal with the spinning and nothing. Only thing is I reset network settings due to another issue (wifi stops routing randomly) so not sure if that caused it or if coincidence. Not tried yet on another device yet but I suspect its a server side issue.

Looks like they have changed the functionality to open/expand the "what's new" text rather than the app page. Guess that actually makes more since. If you think about it, if you are updating you already have the app and don't really need to read the "sales" page again. But you DO most likely want to see the what's new with the update. Easier than clicking the small down arrow to expand the text.

*EDIT 2* the ONLY time it does not work is when the artist is available on iTunes (so artist name is red) but that particular album you're viewing is not.

i just tested this out myself with a lesser known artist that is in fact on iTunes and Apple Music and their name was greyed out on my Music app for a particular album. Went to their artist page and added the album to my Library because iCloud Music Library wasn't recognizing that it was for some reason. The artist name turned red in my library for that album but when trying to click it, it still does not take me to their page.

EDIT: The only thing I can think that could potentially be causing this to happen is if the music was previously in iCloud due to having iTunes Match prior to the album being available on iTunes and then once iCloud Music Library and Apple Music were introduced it wasn't being matched/linked properly through Apple Music to the artist.

EDIT 2: Just confirmed by removing the said album and adding it back to my Library and the main album page on Music now shows the "Show More by" link at the bottom of the page which wasn't there previously and the red artist name/link for said album works. I was an iTunes Match subscriber before Apple Music so that's my reason for thinking this is what might be happening.
