Is the Multilingual typing thing working for anyone?

Haven't been able to use it since PB1 and even after installing the public release as a clean install it doesn't work.

I have downloaded the Dictionaries and added the keyboards but I still have to change between them to write in another language.

Also, I'm not receiving the Contextual Suggestions.

Does it has to learn what I do for a few days before this 'new' thing function?

The Dictionaries have nothing to do with it. Thats just for looking up words.

I use german as my iPhone language and english as my only keyboard language. This way i can type in english and in german and have the emoji smiley.

Perhaps it's depended on the carrier and any carrier updates that came along with or at the same time as iOS 10?

We did get a carrier update at release (even GM users) Most carriers I believe. I know Verizon did and saw where sprint and ATT did (if I remember). However to answer OP I have not been on LTE enough to know since yesterdays update but previous on GM didnt seem to be worse.

[Edit] I forgot I did loose wifi last night and noticed when things seemed slower I ran a speedtest. Realized I was on LTE when speed was like 25/3. That was like 11:30pm so after the carrier update. I never got more that that that I remember. Just now tested and 4 bars signal (outside) got 14/3 and 3 bars (inside) got 5.8/1.5 up/down. So who knows. Signal makes a huge difference.

No carrier update for me on AT&T.

You know what, you may be right in that GM users already had it. I plugged into iTunes and it said there was an update but I remember it saying it failed. That was when everything was 1/2 working with iTunes and updates and downloads so I blew it off. It downloaded to iTunes folder but iPhone still had 25.1 (which is what new upgraders said they were getting). I believe there were lots of posts regarding the new carrier update in the new update news thread.

I think I got the AT&T 25.0 update a few weeks ago. But did not get 25.1 yesterday, despite trying to force it via Settings>General>About. Would love to think that update will bring Voicemail Transcription to 6, but probably not.

Is there 25.1 for AT&T at this point?

I can't get my Calendar widget to populate, it's completely blank. The Up Next widget works and I even downloaded Agenda which works, but the stock Calendar widget won't pull my information in from Outlook like the other two examples do.

Is this a known bug or did I do something wrong?

Do you see your events in the Calendar app? Are they for today? Are they all-day events?

Yes. Yes (full calendar). Mix of all day's and hour by hours.

I know that my Calendar widget will sometimes show things and then sometimes they will just disappear and then will reappear again a bit later. Potentially some sort of a glitch with that widget. Things like that me stick to 3rd party widgets for calendar since early days.

Running iOS 10.0.1 on an iPhone 6, and I've noticed a few issues:

- Disabling Mail previews from Notification Center does not work.
- When adding an event to the Calendar app, there's no way to disable sound from scrolling the date selector.
- The design of notifications and widgets within Notification Center is poorly designed.

During the betas, the empty widget problem could frequently be resolved by changing the system language from whatever you it set as to something else and then back again as soon as the change took effect. Haven't seen that issue pop up here on the forum since the early betas but it may be worth a try.

It doesn't work for me (Polish/English). Does it work only with languages where you can turn predictions on? Or is it limited to specific iPhone/iPad versions?

Same here, that's the most glaring bug for me.

My 3rd party app widgets were a dark grey for a couple of betas, which I loved, but now they are back to the same color light grey as the Apple ones.

Has anyone else had their widget backgrounds change color?

If it turns light like the default widgets (Apple's widgets), then that means it is now compatible with iOS 10 via an update. The ones with a dark grey have not yet been updated.

I've had the same problem (occasional lack of text in the calendar widget items) for several betas. Disappointing to see the GM still has it.
