What's wrong with where they put the lyrics? Makes sense to me that it's in the Now Playing card and below so it's out of the way if you don't want to see it (small scroll down)
But is there anything wrong with old behaviour, which taps artwork to show lyrics? Apple just want to add that gimmicky "zoom in" effect so that they alter the way showing lyrics?

I think a better place for it would be to have it show as an overlay on the album art or something similar to the way spotify does Behind the Lyrics
This is what they did in iOS 9 and iOS 8.4. When you tap at artworks, lyrics show up.
Current one is not too bad but definitely not good for me as well.

Super regret using the beta since Bluetooth has become really choppy for me and I listen to music more than anything. I also don't know what volume my headphones are at because the indicator disappears when I'm adjusting them. Battery life has also nosedived for some reason, I had to charge my phone twice today because of how low it was getting and I barely used it.

I'm hopeful that beta 3 and/or the public one fixes a lot of these issues.

I keep getting hangs in the app switcher that freezes my phone for about 5 secs and it's really annoying. I know it's been mentioned, but I thought I would say something about it too.

So we can access our local iTunes library without Apple Music subscription now? Why it says "it will be deleted from all of your devices" while it actually cannot?
Apple really wants to screw users not using Apple Music using any method possible, except banning user from listening to local music without a sub at all.
PS: these songs are synced through iTunes. No Apple Music sub.

Just disable iCloud Music Library in settings

Probably missed this but anyone getting the same standby and usage time? Battery life itself seems great.
Depends -- it means that you've been using your phone the whole time since it's last full charge. That's typical to see in the morning.

Calling it "Standby time" is very misleading in my opinion since it actually refers to the total time your phone's been on and includes usage time. So if after a full charge you grab your phone and use it for 30 min straight, your Standby and Usage would both say 30 min. If you then took a 10 min break, Standby would be 40, and Usage 30.

When I want to unlock my iPhone I press the home button, but if it didn't recognize my Touch ID before the press it shows the unlock code pad. I have to enter my code since it doesn't read Touch ID with the code pad on screen. Very stressful

That's a good point. I've always wondered why they would use 'standby' for the total time since disconnecting from a charger, where clearly it's not. Would be nice to see 3 entries there:

Usage (actual active usage of phone)
Standby (actual idle time of zero usage)
Total (time elapsed since disconnecting from charger)

It should and does read Touch ID if the passcode number pad is on the screen. Only if you fail three times with Touch ID does it force the passcode on that screen.

Keep in mind the app is being redesigned. Wording might be weird and or options may not be complete.

Just like Siri doesn't quite yet react properly when you ask her to do something related to an app you've disabled. (It's in the release notes as a known issue to be fixed in later builds)

Similar kinda thing. They could not have the finished or proper delete function depending on if you have AM or no AM yet.

Obviously the wording used for it right now is towards an iCloud Music Library.

Sound effect for the date/time picker UI (e.g. used to enter date/time for calendar events) has been changed in Beta 2. Couldn't see anyone who had mentioned that yet.

With the new keyboard sound in Beta 1 (since removed) and now this, perhaps Apple are experimenting more widely with system sounds.

Mentioned quite a few times, but much earlier in the thread.

Since Beta 1. Hour information in Location services -> System -> Frequent Locations is no longer rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Before it would show 9:15, now it shows 9:13 (as an example).

Having some slight delay in the clock showing up after unlocking the device. Reminds me of iOS 9 beta days.

App switcher freeze happened in Beta 1 but not as bad in the current beta.

One other thing I noticed is that it doesn't tell you how much data is used for FaceTime calls now.
