I wonder why any of the "real" teams haven't released any ios 10 jailbreak but todesco did and his 10.2 is stable. You don't realize how lucky you are to have the 10.2 jailbreak or how hard it is to make a jailbreak.

I'm on I7 .

You still benefit from luca because:
1. He is planning on updating his jailbreak for iPhone 7
2. Other members of the jailbreak community are using his jailbreak and making it better
3. There would have probably been nothing right now if it wasn't for luca.

So are you iPhone 7 / Plus users going to jailbreak now using the latest beta 4-1 tool? Or are you waiting for a more stable release or 10.2 jailbreak?

By the way, is beta 4-1 took for 10.1.1 stable and does it work for iPhone 7 Plus? Anyone tried it?

My husband grabbed my phone last night to order pizza and the stupid update notification popped up. He thought he hit "install later", but apparently he didn't because it started verifying and updating to 10.2.1

No hopes of a jailbreak for me on my 7plus. Guess I should have installed the tvOS profile. Not a happy camper :(

Can't you still downgrade to 10.2 as long as it's still being signed?

Yup, better downgrade it ASAP...

I'm patiently waiting for a gamma with at least as good stability as yalu02. I'll most likely be up to 10.1.1 only.

That is, I'm not installing the current (unstable) betas.

I thought any 7/7pluses had to be on 10.1.1 for any chance to jailbreak in the future?

I'll go ahead and downgrade to 10.2. Its saved on my mac.

That's correct.

I think Todesco is working on 10.2 JB for I7 too, but sinceraly i hope he focus optimizing his work on 10.1.1

Beta 4 didn't work properly. Everyone is using beta 3. I find it pretty stable, but there are a few workarounds you need to use to get it working smoothly, like the SubtrateFix.

Have not had any random resprings or safemodes, but if you go crazy with tweaks, you could get into some trouble.

i really don't understand why Luca won't update his Beta 3 JB 10.1.1 for I7 !!!

I only ask him to perfecting that Beta to give us a stable release as done for Beta 6 on 10.2

Support for 7/7+ on iOS 10.0 - 10.1.1 will be added to the Yalu102 JB. I'm sure it will be released sometime this week.

So, now I'm wondering if I should upgrade to 10.2 before the signing window closes and I miss out on this more stable jb. UGH.. This kind of sucks. Any advice, anyone?

KPP bypass doesn't work on the 7/7+ on iOS 10.2 IMO, it's going to take a while to get JB support for them (if at all). I have a 7 and I'm going to stay on 10.1.1.
By staying, I know for sure that I'll have a JB. You may not see one if you go to 10.2.

iOS 10.2 is no longer being signed!! Be careful what tweaks you install, make sure they are compatible!

i also am confused. Obviously 10.2 is better since its a newer firmware but I will also be happy if 10.1.1 jailbreak was more stable to use.

So there goes the chance for iPhone 7 / Plus for 10.2 jailbreak
