iOS 10.1.1 Jailbreak Released

Yes. Cydia is working fine, but I'm not able to run Substrate fix. Tried to reboot and re-run mach_portal and still no luck.. Should I try to remove it and reinstall?

UGH. Still no workie. Also, I installed NoSlowAnimations and its not showing up in the settings app....

App Admin isnt showing up either. Every time it says to restart springboard, it reboots instead...

I installed OpenSSH too, now I'm reading that I shouldn't have. Should I remove it?

Install PreferenceLoader to have your tweaks show up in settings.
Remove OpenSSH and install Apple File Conduit "2". That will allow you to access files via iFunBox for PC and Mac.
You can't just respring from anywhere on this JB, some work and some don't. I use Respring+. It will put an icon on your springboard Anytime you need to respring, just close out of the app you're in and press that icon.
With SubtrateFix crashing... I'd reboot back into stock mode and delete the mach_portal icon. Reload beta 3 with Cydia Impactor and JB again.

He hasn't put out anything stable so far...

This was written when the JB was ONLY for 10.1. I believe it was taken down when everyone was going to 10.2, so there wouldn't be any confusion. These steps are still good and needed to have a functioning JB on 10.1(1)

Those devices are both compatible with Yalu102 (from 10.0 - 10.2) and it's as stable as it's gonna get for you. The next release will only add support for the 7/7+.

Even using MTerminal killall SpringBoard, I don't respring, just reboots... I'm hoping reloading the beta will fix this. Do I have to do the LTE fix in MTerminal again?

You don't need to uninstall any apps and you don't need to redo the LTE fix again.
Just reload mach_portal beta 3 and trust it again. I'm curious to see if it works this time

Crap. Reloaded beta3 with Impactor. Still not working. No resprings, only reboots. Substrate fix still crashing. Tweaks not showing up in settings even though I have preferenceLoader. Ugh. MTerminal method to enable substrate still results in reboot. Not sure what to do next...

Do you have Find my iPhone or passcode turned on? Maybe try turning those off

I think I fixed it. I reinstalled Cydia substrate after I tried to use iFile to find the etc/rc.d/ ./substrate and it wasnt there. After I reinstalled, it showed up and then I ran substrate fix and it worked. Now tweaks are showing up.
