What animation bug is everyone talking about? I have had the 7 Plus since launch and see no visual glitches.
When you're in an app and close it, the close animation starts off slowly, seems to pause for a moment, then speeds up and finishes.

So, BESIDES the animations (gasp) how is this release performing?

Battery life? Crash bugs? Glitches?

We ALL know the animation issue is still there but slightly improved. Let's discuss the rest of the problems beta 1 had. :)

BTW the feedback app is gone again with the dev profile. I know that was discussed in previous betas for iOS 10.

I'll report back once I'm charged at 100%, Beta 1 was great for me though. Consistently getting 24+ hours of Standby and 7+ hours of Usage is just awesome.

It's Macrumors a/k/a drama queen central. End of the world a Beta 2 has a 1/10th of 1 second stutter to it. Apple should just pack up shop now.
Macrumors is also Apple apology center.

Thank god my 6S Plus is relatively stutter free.

NO way we can report about battery life. It's been a minute since the update came out.

Such as specifically? No one will know about battery for a while yet. The Safari keyboard bug still exists. Appears the raise to listen bug may be fixed.

Worlds fastest iPhone...

Can't do a simple animation though.

It bothers me that last year's iPhone, all the iPads and every device that supports iOS 10 can do these animations perfectly, yet the very newest device struggles with it. What the hell Apple!

What is going on with them? I've never had a brand new iPhone that has performed more poorly than the one that came before it.

Usually, the latest iOS is optimized the most for the newest hardware and everything else sort of falls behind, but this time it seems like the newest hardware has fallen behind and the rest of the iDevices are optimized.

Have you seen Chris Pirillo on twitter? All he does practically is rant about slight frame rate drops. He @ mentions all kinds of tech journalists trying to get them to run his "story". All I know is I'm really glad he's not a product manager I work with. Seems like a nightmare person.
Good lord I just read his paper on frame rate drops and it was the biggest piece of whiny crap I've ever seen. Should come with big warning on top: 30yr old temper tantrum will follow.

You seem to just have bad luck. My iPhone 7Plus next to my brother's iPhone 6sPlus both running 10.0.2, the 7Plus is without a doubt faster than the 6sPlus.

On my iPhone 6, sorry to anyone who takes offence, but either I'm completely blind or this "animation glitch" really exists out there...
