Is there anyway to delete downloaded movies in the TV app? TV Shows are no problem, just a swipe and delete as you’d expect. But can’t for the life of me figure out how to delete a downloaded movie. Swiping, force touching - nothing seems to work.

I think the TV app is very much a mess. It is now iTunes/streaming-centric. There is no consistence between the Movies and TV Shows sections. All my purchases show up, not only ones that I download or want to see listed. Files defined as Movies that I've synced through iTunes are mislabeled as downloaded purchases, and don't play unless I reinstall the "Video" app. Files synced as "TV Shows" don't play in the TV app at all, although they play fine in the Video app.

[MOD NOTE]
This thread is about beta 4, please use another thread to discuss beta 5. A number of posts were removed as they were derailing the thread.

Thank you. These threads are getting way off topic because of speculation.

With that being said, I have noticed an increase in Screen on time usage with 10.2 beta 4 over 10.1.1 on my Air 2 and 7Plus, but a decrease in standby time. So I can get more screen on time, but less background 'sleep' time. Its very bizarre. I don't have anything running in the background and BAR is off.

I think Apple is tweaking Bluetooth audio on these last few betas to prepare for the AirPods release, and that's why we're not seeing many visible changes.

For example, on beta 3 my Bose BT headset was having audio skipping problems. Now with this beta 4 those problems are mostly gone.

BT audio has always been a bit flakey on iOS so if the AirPods push Apple into making it work better that's quite a win. :)

BT audio was very spotty with a direct line of sight from my iPhone to a Bluetooth speaker. They were maybe 5 feet away and the audio kept skipping, so Apple has a bit of work to do..

Anyone else's iPhone 7 Plus constantly overheating with minimal use on this beta?

Interesting. My 7 plus has been this way since I got it. Very randomly though but mostly during some kind of heavy use. But sometimes just watching a YouTube video. Only running 10.1.1. But for you this started on this beta?

Sorry if this has been discussed in the previous 10 pages of comments... but what's the score with the bug where hitting update on apps in App Store does not work and takes like 10-15 attempts to get it to update each app on this beta? Old bug reappearing or new one? And any work arounds?

Are you referring to having to hit update over and over or the fact that the previous app version downloads? Both are server related but curious to know which one you are talking about.

do you guys feel like I should install a fresh copy of beta 4 or an update is just fine?

Its the full installer, so an update will probably be okay. I have no issues with updating on my Air 2 and 7Plus from 10.1.1.

I've been having that problem for quite a while now... even after a restore and a new phone.

Harsh, man, harsh!
Funny. I'm just telling him that he is wrong. Plus, I'm not talking negatively.

Anyone else not a fan of the TV icon/name? I really don't think an app that houses all of your local videos should be called TV.
Well, I do just like the TV app, that is all. Still waiting for Xfinity to be in the TV provider list.
