Well, they definitely fixed and changed a number of things in iOS 10.2, but certainly not everything.

Yup, they certainly didn't fix something as common as showing the right temps for the phone users since iOS 10.1.
But yeah, who cares if it's -10 or +10 outside - it's just not a high enough priority to fix during 4 betas.

Seems like some others are seeing it working, so it might be some weird data glitch or something else that is stranger. It also doesn't mean that other things weren't fixed or changed and it's all just "gimmicks".

What do you mean by reset? Mine just re-activated after the reboot, but I didn't need to touch anything. I got the pop-ups on all my devices saying WiFi Calling is now active.
It's happened before but not this time.

Which particular one?
In Safari Search bar if you type numbers or symbols then hit space, the keyboard does not automatically switch to letters. That's the normal behavior in other apps.

It's like that in the search bar potentially due to URLs being used there or perhaps because they didn't change it there, but it has been fixed in Safari as far as using text fields on web sites themselves.

No complaints here, finally upgraded from 10.1.1 yesterday and got my safari keyboard fix and I am a happy camper. No offense, but I think you are intentionally looking for problems like Alex does. There is literally no lag on my 7Plus.

So use an Android or Windows phone and see how good we've really got it. What's got you so tied to such a horrible OS?

Other company's OS's have some issues as well, but does that make it okay for features not work when you buy a brand new device? No. So the solution is let's give Apple a pass because others are doing it too?

Reality is we live in a beta world. Almost every new product released promises features will "eventually get fixed" with software updates. Software quality throughout the industry has been horrible lately.

Not sure if this has been noted yet, but "up next" does not work for iTunes purchases that are no longer available in the iTunes Store.

What type of camera issues?

Never mind. My phone is defective. I restored to 10.1.1 and it's still freezing and glitching. The camera will actually freeze up while the rest of the app responds. Then after about 30 seconds or so, it unfreezes and freezes again a few seconds later. I've got a genius bar appointment.

Is there anyway to delete downloaded movies in the TV app? TV Shows are no problem, just a swipe and delete as you’d expect. But can’t for the life of me figure out how to delete a downloaded movie. Swiping, force touching - nothing seems to work.

I think one of the problems is "feature addiction" on the part of end users. OEMs and OS developers are forced to get new OS'es with new features out on a regular basis or face the wrath of the tech press and general public. As a result, the answer the OS developers have come up with is to get stuff out and then iterate on it post-delivery to fix bugs and polish the shipped major update. So, while it is sort of a "quality" problem, it is really likely more a resource issue. After all, Apple has a business plan to follow and profits to make (seriously, not tongue in cheek) and they have likely optimized their structure to be able to do that as efficiently as possible. Does that mean that a major release goes out with some bugs in it or without all the features planned for it? Yes. But that is the balance that has to be struck to get it out "on time" at all I think.
