HOw are animations on 6s , i'm on 10.2.1 and the phone is feeling very slow... i'm afraid to update ...
10.3 has been incredibly stable across the board in all the betas. I wouldn't hesitate to update. If you're unsure, make an iTunes backup on 10.2.1, archive it, and update. If it's problematic, you can always downgrade and restore from your 10.2.1 backup.

The last couple remaining bugs for me:
1. Some wallpapers still my opening and closing some apps stutter
2. Turning my iPhone 7 Plus or iPad to landscape makes some icons misalign themselves and then have to jump into alignment after the animation is finished.

Sounds like you don't have much to lose and potentially some to gain by trying the update.
As was explained to me elsewhere, will give you a cleaner start. Also log files, caches, etc. generated during beta period will be purged.
I deleted my beta profile and the update came thru.
Just delete your beta profile and the release version will install.

Does anyone notice when you first open settings app your iCloud pic doesn't show until you open the iCloud tab?
Not sure if it is true. A ton of log files left on my iPhone after the update.

I just noticed some annoying behavior... after using the multitasking to switch to a different app, there is 2 second (approx) delay before you can double click to trigger the multitasking window again. Very annoying.
You mean immediately after opening multitasking to close it again? Because it's been that way since the first version of iOS 10 and was the first thing I noticed. Wish they want back to iOS 9's way of it instantly opening and closing without that delay.
