No it's really just the exact same version as Beta 7
Nope, it's because of the beta profile. Delete and restart.

Why is beta 7 and final so choppy when beta 6 was smooth someone plz tell me
Because of delta updates. Do a fresh install.

Do we see any changes over beta 7?
Yep, a different build number and probably better performance due to removal of debug logging.

More debug logging possibly.

Then what were they doing for the last 10 days?
Waiting till the beginning of a week to release, such that they have 5 working days to address any production issues. You're not worked in a software department have you!?

2.02 GB from beta 6 to final. Looks a bit too much. But anyway.
It's called a full release. As in, not a delta release. Perfectly normal, expected, and welcoming.

And if you reinstall the beta profile, it does still show the beta. I'm just going to ignore it. I'm sure a newer beta will show up eventually.

Heh, I think I'm done with betas. The thing is, I said this after iOS 10 beta, but got back into it again shortly after.

It's just fun to play with new versions of iOS before the masses, and report bugs and such.

I no longer see the In-App Ratings & Reviews switch in the iTunes Store settings that previously allowed you to avoid the new app-review request pop-ups. Has it moved?

Update to 10.3 went smooth on my iPhone 5 w/ 16 GB.

No problems. Smooth update from 10.2 to 10.3. I skipped 10.2.1.

Curious about others who noticed increased space available. Wonder if that's only on newer models.

Only thing I notice is my total capacity went from being reported as 12.24 GB with iOS 10.2 to being reported as 12.22 GB after updating to iOS 10.3. Minor decrease. Probably just the way the new file system reports it.

My available space went from 5.66 to 6.60 GB. But I also had the 10.2.1 update that I kept ignoring. Would be nice if updates you didn't want wouldn't waste space.

So, most of my space increase was probably just deleting the 10.2.1 update package and perhaps a few cache files.

Otherwise, all my data is there, nothing lost. Up and running.

No faster, no slower. Just the same as it was.

That is extremely weird. My available capacity went from 121GB to 124GB after upgrading to 10.3, free space increased to 116GB from 114GB. So, that is not good that you actually lost a small bit of capacity after upgrading.

My Build Version: is 14E5277a from Beta 7.

anyone else have this version?

I have this version. Developer beta. I'm not sure if the others that just have the "a" without the "5" are public beta folks or not. It's confusing when people just say "beta" and don't differentiate between public betas and dev betas. Sometimes the beta's are identified differently from Apple

Just wondering, where is the Clips app? Is that part of this update or for a future update?

And yeah, when I went to "update" with Apple Configurator I was asked if I wanted to downgrade software. This build doesn't seem like it is the release version, but who knows.

So I guess that's it for 32-bit iOS? My old 5 is stuck on 10.2.1, and won't update to 10.3. I guess 64-bit and APFS finally did it in.

My iPhone 5 updated to 10.3 without any trouble. Might just be a glitch with yours. If you want it, perhaps do a download first, then update afterwards. That's what I did. But I used iTunes on the Mac.

Not supposed to be out until "early April".

Interesting. I still can't make mine update.

Apple is telling everyone on Twitter to update their 32-bit devices through iTunes. Looks like it's not OTA for a lot of people right now.

I was able to update all my 64-bit devices, but some family members iPhone 5 and iPad 4 are unable to see the iOS 10.3 update OTA.

Crazy. My 5c got updated about 3 hours ago just fine. Hmm.

It should be noted I had no SIM in there and was in airplane mode running Wi-Fi?

Not sure if this is an issue that will continue, because I only had a few chances to test it late in the day, but after updating my 6s+ from the latest beta to the 10.3 final release, when trying to answer a call using my bt headset (tried two of three headsets I have), hitting the answer button on the headset declined the call. This happened 3 times in a row, before I simply had to answer on the phone, then switch to my headset for it not to decline the call altogether when trying to answer.

I'll play around with it more tomorrow during work, and have already re-started my iPhone just in case it needed the re-boot to clear whatever funky is going on with bt.

That did it. Thanks to all.

Best iOS update ever! I'm finally happy with iOS.

The last couple remaining bugs for me:
1. Some wallpapers still my opening and closing some apps stutter
2. Turning my iPhone 7 Plus or iPad to landscape makes some icons misalign themselves and then have to jump into alignment after the animation is finished.
I agree!

I'm a reduce motion user first but after updating I turned it off just to see if anything changed and wow!... it actually did! Animations are smooth again for real and so is the app switcher again! The animations remind me of iOS 6. Thanks apple! I may keep reduce motion off more often!

When has that happened? Petty much always when there's a public beta it matches the developer beta.
