Even if that might be the case then that would imply that that feature would be exclusive to the new iPhone as that is generally the case with such new features that get announced and become available with the GM for a major new iOS version.

I've been running the public beta since PB1 with no issues at all.

It has been for a few weeks now matey. iOS 10 is in a pretty great shape right now. What number do these betas usually get to because I think we're about there now with stability and battery life?

iOS 10 is really stable and I think if you've been holding off from getting the public beta now would be a good chance. It's perfectly stable for a daily driver.

Because lots of us want the option to have a dark themed OS because iOS can be an eye sore, especially at night time. Also I think iMessage would just look nicer with a dark theme. But Apple are against giving us too much customisation so it's not gonna happen.

The URL schemes for settings are gone now, they went away in the first beta I think

I have 3700+ photos and 25 albums in "Photos". Every time I install a new beta it doubles the photos and albums in "Photos". The photos in the new albums are jumbled from different albums. I have to remove the photos when I sync with iTunes on a Win PC, then re sync to add the correct photos and albums. Is there a fix for this?

It's one on the very small list of tweaks that keeps me on iOS 9.

PLEASE don't reset all the "Faces" data in photos again. I spent hours last night doing this again. haha!

If I were you, I wouldn't spend the time setting it all up again until the GM is released (if it gets wiped). Beta software will continue to change, so it's always possible that you'll lose it again.

Kind of interesting how the timestamp for this Kernel is one second behind / exactly the same as iOS 10 beta 6's time. Release notes look exactly the same, too.

Honestly that's ugly. They will probably make he bubbles darker as we'll because this isn't much better than having a white background. Yuck.

And plenty of people think that the current white background with various degrees of neon like colors can be ugly too. That's basically why an option to use one or the other would be great. They just have to make it available.
