iOS 10 Development Beta 8 Changes, Improvements

I have 24mb service with UVerse, I just ran NetFlix's Fast app test and I get 16mb on my 6s, 22mb on iPad Air2. Previously they'd both report the same number, both are on the latest beta.
Running PB 7 on iPhone SE and all of the above functions work fine (sound on YouTube in Safari, YouTube app, as well as the compass). Try restarting the phone?
I've got the opposite. It wasn't working on beta 7 and now it's rotating for me on beta 8 on the lock screen.
I did the same. I turned my battery percentage off a year or so go as well. Found that I was more worried about my battery percentage than actual enjoying my device..
I think many of us here (including myself; I'm not ragging on anyone) are a bit OCD and have little things like this that can drive us bonkers. One way of dealing with such things is to have LESS information available. You can't be obsessive-compulsive about something you don't see regularly.
I'd be curious and amused to see the sort of things that would happen at a Macrumors convention. Maybe we should have one.

I can picture it now. Booze + a room full of complainers. It wouldn't end well and I'm sure the usual would just complain the convention wasn't done how they would have done it.

I don't know if this is an issue or I'm not understanding how it really works but when editing memories from photos app I only see a very limited quantity of songs from My Music to choose from... I believed it had to be with DRM on Apple Music songs but I tried to add/download music to my library I have matched without DRM and it does not appear...
The elevators would be laggy and the hotel staff would stutter.
And the table layout would be the worst ever, Steve Jobs would have done it better.
If the created video is in the Memories Tab you tap on the 3 slider icon in the bottom right corner (start playing the video, tap the screen to bring up the bottom screen options)

The animation is still faster than previous iOS's. So really who cares if it is a hair slower than what dev beta 4 had.

Hahahaha pretty much on point. I was always restoring and trying to figure out ways to conserve battery life. Screw that. I turned it off last year and never put it back on. Now I never see excessive drain and have a lot of location and background updates turned on. Obsessing over it creates more drain than not bothering about it does.

You forgot about the absence of a dark room.
