Hi guys, I have a really weird and annoying bug on dev beta 7 and 8. When in notification center, I can't tap on a notification like on iOS 5-9. It literally does nothing. Not even an animation showing that I'm touching one. I can slide it to the left to clear it but that's all. Since I have an iPhone 6s Plus, I have a workaround: I press firmly the notification, it zooms, then I can tap it to open.

But sometimes I just want to open the app by tapping its notification… Some apps doesn't have actions.

Already reported to Apple. But I can't be the only one, right? Does someone found a way to fix it?

I tried to disable 3D Touch (since the workaround use it, I thought maybe it's a feature, not a bug) but still nothing.

Thanks!

i speak about the final release of iOS 10..yes it's not about beta 8 but it's about whole iOS 10 era..

and how can you be so negative always?
Why add unrelated things especially when there's a separate thread about the GM and final release where you already posted the same thing?

maybe i want to share my expectations to other people, and all iOS 10 users? are you moderator of this board or something else? you don't have to quote my posts for that

So basically not what the thread is about. Got it.

I've not noticed my phone being noticeably slower animation wise. But then it would have to be really slow to bug me.

iPhone 6 plus.

Hahahaha pretty much on point. I was always restoring and trying to figure out ways to conserve battery life. Screw that. I turned it off last year and never put it back on. Now I never see excessive drain and have a lot of location and background updates turned on. Obsessing over it creates more drain than not bothering about it does.

I just did this recently and honestly, it's made using my iPad and iPhone that much nicer. I would seriously obsess over the percentages slowly ticking down and I didn't even realize just how distracting that was until I shut it off completely. One thing I'd like is the ability for the battery widget to always be present, even when you're not connected to a Bluetooth device, because it would be nice to still have the option of checking the actual percentage when you're getting low, without having it on your main screen all of the time. But other than that I like it a lot this way!

Same thing happens to me. Usually it's just the first and sometimes second one from the top that don't respond. If there are more notifications, they respond normally.

Definitely something up with the Apple News widget on this beta (8). Hasn't updated all day. Sent feedback to Apple.

Was any new wallpaper other than the ocean one added? For some reason i have this feeling they will add these on the final one.

I just found that out myself today. Don't know if it happened on previous betas however.
Works perfectly for me. No issues.

After looking for it half an hour, I've just realized that they changed the emoji "grinning face with smiling eyes". Very disappointed with the new one... I loved the previous one.

Is anyone else getting this glitch? I can't seem to reproduce it every single time, but usually after I open an app, press home, then change to another page, then rotate my iPad, a few of the bottom icons move after the iPad has rotated. Check out my video of it here:

Seems like the new one is closer to what it's meant to be.

Well, it shows in the order exactly what portrait mode shows. But animation, yeah, looks weird.
