Yeah. PB 11.1 v2 is pretty impressive. Also, new phone so battery getting better.

I’m now at 79% with 3:52 Usage & 5:14 Standby. If

Sharing FWIW regarding car Bluetooth.
My car is old and a PITA regarding BT. It doesn’t have any of the new Sync tech. It’s an old 2011 GX 460.

For example, it pairs Phone and Auido separately and it doesn’t work well when you do Audio first. I have learned the little quirks.

Since iOS 11 I had one day where it was flaky (thought it might be signal) with 11.0.1 but since then with 11.0.2 and public beta 11.1 v1 and 11.1 v2 it has worked great. I have taken calls, played music and had Google Maps giving me directions over BT.

This might not be it for everyone, but it might be worth clearing out all devices on your car BT and starting fresh.

I've had bad BT issues with my 8+ on iOS 11, 11.0.1, 11.0.2 & 11.0.3 on my 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum with it constantly disconnecting and reconnecting over and over. I tried 11.1 PB2 and the issue doesn't occur on the beta build. Something is up with iOS 11.

I agree, so far so good, big improvement today in battery life on my 7 plus. Great to see they keep pushing updates.

I‘ve found a bug in iOS 11.0.3. I have turned off the keyboard word suggestion but it appears always when I open a new tab... If I tab a word suggestion it dissapears. When I close and open a new tab the same again. Screenshots uploated down below.

But Siri is disabled completely because I don‘t use it. :/ Mhh.

I updated last night in the UK over the air on my iphone 7 and ipad pro 10.5. It was the worst choice ever to do it. My wifi stopped working on both devices and also the 4g stopped working on my iphone 7.

I put both devices in DFU mode and loaded the 11.0.2 firmware back on and everything is working again.

On iPhone 8 Plus, it now doesn't recognize my finger print immediately sometimes.

I have it set to show contents of notifications upon unlock. When I get a notification and rest my finger nothing happens on occasion. I have to sometimes lift my finger and rest it again, sometimes twice. This was not an issue on 11.0.2.

I know my fingerprints are reading just fine as I've gone into fingerprint settings and rested both of my thumbs and it highlights which fingerprint it is recognizing without issue.

Today when my phone was unlocked and I tapped a Mail notification in the Notification Center I got the Touch ID Unlock pop up which wouldn’t work because the phone was already unlocked. I had to go back to the home screen and swipe down again to get it to work.

If that's an Apple Music Video, it turns black because of DRM protection, try the same for example in Netflix and you will get a black screenshot

Maybe they enabled this now with iOS 11, almost every streaming app have this protection

I have problem when using camera from notification center. While rotating it does not just change text orientation like it should, but it lag for a sec and rotate whole app. Video is to large to post.

~8h instead of ~5-6h batterylife performance.

I am having a problem with my 8 256 gb running 11.0.3. It keeps dropping my home wifi. I have to forget the network and then go back on. It is not all day, just certain times and mostly at night. I have already taken it into the Apple Store, they ran a diagnostic, but the phone itself is fine. My husband is an Uber driver and he drove an Apple Store employee this morning. He called while he was in the car and i explained the problem. I did have an appointment at the Apple Store this afternoon (again), but he said all they would do is run a diagnostic. He also said there would be an update in November that would hopefully solve this issue. Since it seemed to be better, i canceled the appointment, of course now i am having problems again. It hasn't affected my data use, so i'm not that concerned, but just wondered if anyone else here is having this problem. The Apple Store employee did say people are coming in with this problem. I am not on the beta program, otherwise, otherwise i would report it directly to Apple. Does anyone here know of a way to report issues directly to Apple? Thanks so much!

I’m on 11.1 beta 2. I’m having this issue with my 7 Plus. I’ve submitted many bug reports, with WiFi diagnostic logs.

I’ve had Apple run diagnostics as well and everything is perfect with my iPhone.

No trouble with my iPads on same home network.

I replaced my router with Time Warner Spectrum and still have the issue. Which modem did they give you?

May go down there and change for what you have, if it solves the problem. (I see now it didn’t solve your issue. Sorry.)

No worries. I see you had the issue again, since they replaced it. Same thing happened here. Had a UBEE and they swapped it with an Arris. Same issue.

Not sure about *fixes* but 11.0.3 has rendered my device (8+) un-usable! The device is half frozen i.e. the touch srcreen does not respond to touches, but I can swipe up/down for control center/notifications. I'm also unable to answer/ignore calls, but can lower the ringer volume.

The cherry being, I am unable to power off the device ( sleep/wake button )!!

Headed to the TMobile store for a return!! UGH!

I had this same problem on iOS 11.0.2 but it seems to have desappeared with 11.1 PB2
