The 3D Touch on the App Store no longer works on my X. It’s been intermittent on the last couple of betas and now won’t work at all for me.

Tried a couple of restarts and force restarts. But it still doesn’t work.

My system sounds are now decreased on iphone 7. I can barely hear new mail notification and lock sound. Ringer volume is at max.

edit: I opened Youtube app, while playing a video I increased the volume, it was very low. Now system sounds are loud. But, multimedia volume and system volume had their separate levels before?

How exactly without losing all my data? I dont think i can. The phone backed up already with the new version which is incompatible with the old one.
Download the beta 3 IPSW and restore using iTunes. For me it was just a bad install. The latest beta works perfectly fine after a restore.

I noticed there is a lightning audio bug where it would cut off and not hear anything until you unplug and plug it back in

Well played Apple, charging issues now (no debris in charging port and tested with 4 genuine chargers and cables) then there is no lock screen sound nor typing sound on my iP7. I wonder how the hell do they test these betas?! FFS!

Can you check Analytics Data? My lightning audio bug showed as accessoryd so it could be a an accessory bug that may also affect charging

As far as i know that deletes the data.

If you want to preserve data, download the IPSW, launch iTunes, connect the device, while holding shift on PC or holding option key on Mac and clicking "Check for Updates", it will bring up a window to select the downloaded IPSW to update.

Second this on my gen 1 12.9 - it's horrible and I don't even want to use it at the moment...

Same here on my iPad Air 2. Was running flawlessly on 11.2 regular build. Installed public beta 11.2.5 beta 3, and everything lags 10+ seconds. Clicking an app to open, trying to load a webpage, getting the keyboard to even pop up on text input screens. It’s really bad...

As mentioned the shift/update should work after you download the IPSW file.

iPhone X is fast but only on public iOS. On beta public or development iOS is very buggy. Beta 3 stuffed up my volume. Beta 2 was normal loud but now beta 3 is very low. Can not hear ring and text sounds.
You can try changing the volume slider in settings. Or selecting a sound for say 'new text'. Those seem to get things back working at least temporary. I have not had to set it again after doing so and NOT messing with the volume anymore. (iP6s)

I did that and i still have the problem. :(

3 times on the iPhone and one time on the iPad. It fixes nothing!

I just noticed that the loud keyboard clicks and lock sounds are reduced when you connect to Airplay devices to stream music. Once disconnected, they are loud again. I tested this on iPhone X and iPad 9.7 Pro.

Don't follow him down the rabbit hole. Prior to getting the X, there was a "massive" delay with the home button. It was only a matter of time before he found some "massive" delay or issue with his X and trust that it will NEVER be resolved.
Yeah, I know. He's hyper sensitive to any perceived delays. I just wanted him to verbalize it so I could see how ridiculous he was being.

Do a backup through iTunes, download the IPSW, do a restore and then restore your backup. It has solved the same issue on my iPhone 7

I erased all content and settings and my Pro is back to normal. Just a heads up. I’m too impatient to wait for a fix.

I will have to look into this when I get home from my travel and see if that helps... I'm pretty sure this is the first beta where I've actually had issues that caused this level of interference in usage

Same here, I had never seen anything like this before. It is now fixed and I am on the same beta, it's weird.

Actually, unless you archived the backup on 11.2.1 (and restore from that), it is quite likely your phone has overwritten the 11.2.1 backup, meaning you may have nothing. Not saying you didn’t do the archive, but a lot of people miss that.

I’m not in this beta but I know about that, though I’m not sure it will immediately overwrite that backup if you don’t archive as I have a few backups in my iTunes, seems like it does a few before overwriting the oldest. Plus if you haven’t backed up to your computer since doing that one then it will still be there.

Of course you should still archive it just in case.:)
