Ive also been shopping for another, better optimized app but the only one I saw was Penny which is currently in limbo unfortunately since Credit Karma aquired them.
Give Personal Capital a shot. It's gotten a lot better since they started a few years ago and can track transactions, etc. and most importantly, it doesn't melt my phone, LOL

iPhone 6S+ is worse on this beta 6 than beta 5. I have an old phone I know that, however I am not impressed. LOL. With that said, I must take advantage of the Apple new battery for cheaper price offer. I would be mad not to really. My phone was new from the launch in 2015 so a new battery would make a good difference.

72%. Beta 6. iPhone X.

If past traditions are any indicator we will see a beta 7/GM tommrow, with the final public release later next week.

Don’t know if this has already been brought up but is anyone else with an X not hearing the volume lower when you look at the phone when its ringing? I have the correct setting enabled for attention awareness but for whatever reason the volume stays the same. Just want to make sure it’s not just me? Thanks in advance

Yup. Attention aware is broken for incoming calls. Works for alarms though...

hey guys i took the plunge and downloaded the beta and I flicked on the imessages toggle in icloud but I do not see anything happening. No status bar anywhere or any sign of syncing taking place. I also have 11.3 on my ipad and i do not see any messages from my X being synced over there...what am i doing wrong? Thanks!

Again, not sure if this is unique to beta 6, but I'm running B6 and just discovered it.....

Under SETTINGS > BATTERY > Battery usage, Chrome is currently reporting 56% with 18 minutes on screen and 6 minutes background. However, background app refresh in SETTINGS > GENERAL > BACKGROUND APP REFRESH is set to OFF. Is this expected behavior?

Im thinking now beta 6 is the final verison but a new verison to take letter of build and feedback app but this is it

final build to me will be 15E216 which will be like beta 6 with a few minor tweaks like no feedback and beta logging

Exactly what i thought beta 6 is final gm with just the beta app etc but the build isnt changing, why does everyone think the event is gonna make a difference to releasing the software the event might even say ios 11.3 release will be in April who knows

This is the reason why I don't isntall betas anymore. Messing with core sync data (messages) is a bridge too far for me.
I mean this beta is pretty polished outside of this weird issue but its working for others from what ive seen in this thread but I need someone to confirm their setup

Anyone have any ideas about my question above?

iCloud iMessages syncing status is hidden on iOS in b6 and there's no way to force it. Also, it only syncs new messages received or sent after it's been turned on. It does not sync existing messages. This is the way it works in these betas and not sure if it's designed this way or if it will sync old messages when it GA's.
Typically, when Apple beta tests features that are dependent on iCloud, beta users get switched to iCloud beta servers and both iOS and iCloud are being developed throughout the beta cycle.

That's the way it's been throughout the beta cycle. It could be deliberate to limit bandwidth on their iCloud beta servers during the beta cycle. I think once it publicly releases, it will sync all messages but that has yet to be seen.

Thanks for the info!
