I hope it s another build since beta 7 was a little buggy for me, and I also really hope for macOS 10.13.3
[doublepost=1516716690][/doublepost]Sorry for double post
But Apple said that 11.3 first beta will release in february, but I wouldn’t dislike them surprising us

Don't get your hopes up

Well, I would be happy if we get a newer build than 11.2.5 today as it’s not that well optimized for the iPhone X. I know beta 7 was the GM candidate, but I’m really hoping for a surprise update of some sorts. Not getting my hopes up for that either.

As buggy as 11.2.5 may be, it’s got to be an improvement over the horrendous 11.2.2 release so at this point I’ll take whatever Apple gives me.

Hate to break it to you, but after 4 days of running 11.2.5, I see zero difference between 11.2.2 and 11.2.5. Then again, I have had very few problems with iOS 11.

While I totally agree with you, a statement like that is seen as pure heresy around these parts. iOS 11 has been pretty good to great all along the way, at least for me.

Yeah. I guess my post should have stated something more like: "If anyone is planning on expecting a huge noticeable system wide change - then don't." Because its definitely not noticeable..

11.2.2 has been issue free on my wife's 6s and her iPad mini 4. None of the 11.2.x betas have give me problems on my 8+ or iPP 9.7.

Your experience with 11.2.2 is not universal.

Yes I would agree, from a day to day system wide view of performance there is virtually no difference.

Yes it is, iOS 11 is buggy throughout just take a look at the threads here on the forum, it needs a great deal of optimization and refinement and I’ll take any sort of update Apple releases at this point to improve stability. Not to mention the UI bugs and glitches.

Forums are not representative of total users. There are over 250,000,000 people running iOS 11. Forums probably don't even account for 1 million of those users, but if it did, not all 1 million users are posting issues with iOS 11. Your argument is statistically flawed. While, yes there are some problems with iOS 11, its not nearly as bad as what people that complain make it out to be. Remember, people like to be heard. People always go places to complain, never to praise.

As madscotsman mentioned above, you won't see any differences.

If there’s no difference in 11.2.5 compared to 11.2.2 then what’s the point of Apple releasing the update then other than to fix the iMessage freeze bug? Not to mention Apple had 7 betas leading up to the final version of 11.2.5 so what we’re all these beta tests for if there’s no difference compared to 11.2.2?
