Last year with 10.3, we got MacOS 10.12.4, WatchOS 3.2 and tvOS 10.2 at the same time.

My point in saying this, is that major releases are usually correlated, but not always dependent. This year it looks like we mostly have Mac OS and iOS aligned (with .3), but not enough large features to warrant a WatchOS update perhaps? Maybe the WatchOS is just delayed.

Seems about right. Beta 2 should drop the week of Feb 4

We have had a couple DB's and PB's recently released on the same day. When that happens the PB is usually about 3 hours after the DB.

Essentially we will just have to wait and see. Apple is being very unpredictable this year!

Doubt it. I suspect it wont happen until beta 2 or 3. Especially with iCloud messages being reintroduced. That could be a mess initially. But its possible of course.

Why you doubt it? I remember that everytime the public beta was released a day after the developer beta besides the 11.0 betas...

New features like iCloud messages may have Apple somewhat hesitant to release the public beta in case there are issues with messages being deleted etc. You are right, however. Typically the PB drops a day after the DV for X.x releases. Last year though, 10.3 PB dropped two days after the DB.

Wow they did release it to Public. I am a little surprised to tell the truth. Perhaps they got the iCloud messages working better than the last time. Or just aren't sweating it if folks loose their messages :)

As @Mlrollin91 stated tho typically its a later beta before Public gets these. x.X ones
