Did anyone get an popup saying. "The iTunes Store is unable to process purchases at this time"?

Oh!!! I’m usually all over new releases. Can’t believe I didn’t realise! Thanks guys. I thought it was today?
No, today was just Apple's educational event. They announced a new iPad with Apple Pencil compatibility and a lower price, along with a few smaller new things. A lot of people were speculating that they might release it to coincide with the event, but it was all just random speculation. You can find a pretty nice writeup on the event here.

Hickup is fixed.

11.4 is Not for June. June is iOS 12

Announcement wise, yes, iOS 12 in June. But it seems like Apple is trying to play catch up on their software quality so why not have 11.4? Not sure why we keep expecting Apple to follow past behavior. Granted they haven’t done much to make us think otherwise, but given the move to quality control versus new features with iOS 12 I think everything is fair game now.

Just spoke to a Apple software engineer today and they said that iOS 11.3 GM is delayed due to GPU issues and signal issues that has pushed it back to get fixed still. Also which causes RAM management issues. It’s odd because he said that it is requesting so much data which causes this issue and it’s for some reason related to 3D Touch.

If this is true it sounds like a nightmare to fix

Yes, it does not sound good. Especially how the betas have been released. Now they are taking their time on this one because of the issues, hence the odd delay. No idea why beta 5 and 6 were so close together in release, but something messed up and they are trying to fix it all. iOS 11 has been for sure a dumpster fire. Also he told me that there will NOT be an iOS 11.4...
