Spotlight search above widgets doesn’t show the blinking input cursor anymore. Saw it with GM and it blinks when swiping down from home screen but not widgets. Hopefully just bug and they didn’t remove it. Looked nice I guess ‍♂️

Is anyone else having issues with airpods? When listening to music, there's a lot of stuttering

EDIT: for me this started after installing iOS 12.1. It's like the music get cut off intermittently.
No problem here!

tap in the search box and see if it doesn't start flashing again.

How dumb is it to show the flashlight and camera icon when notifications are on the same place visible and when theyre not visible they fades out

I cannot upload files they are too big but this is pretty dumb

The home bar on my XS Max does not disappear when playing a video in the YouTube app in landscape/full screen.

This bug was initially happening on my iPhone X when iOS 12 Beta 1 launched and was later fixed but has resurfaced.

The Home Bar goes solid white after initially turning the phone sideways to landscape and then dims to a faint home bar but it does not disappear.

I can get it to disappear sometimes if I rotate the screen 180 either once or a few times.

A little annoying but was fixed once before.

Anyone try to register the XS or XS max with developer site yet? iTunes no longer shows UDID, so cant register device. iTunes only shows EDID which will not work.

I have an X that I was on the 12 beta with. I just got around to install 12.1 and it doesn't see an OTA to install 12.1. Yes the profile is there. Yes I hard booted the phone. Any other ideas?

XS Max is working fine but I did have to reset all settings initially as my Watch kept disconnecting plus network connectivity issues. Not sure if they were related to an iCloud restore from a 8 Plus which was running 12.0 or a 12.1 issue.

Thanks! I made the jump and it’s running a lot smoother than iOS 12 in my opinion. No bug found yet on my end.

Never mind I deleted the profile and reloaded it.

I can confirm that. Didnt notice the homebar before to be honest. But I have another problem with the yt app. When you slide the video down to this minibar and swipe again to close it, you always activate reachability. Could you test this please?

Homekit issues after upgrade to iOS 12.x:
1) some automations not working more
2) some accessories are unresponsive

It’s very frustrating have this issues in the house governance

iPhone XS Max; within Contacts it now shows which phone line is the default "preferred line" for each contact. Once the eSIM can be used, would assume you could then assign certain contacts to always call from one preferred phone line. This is great if you use your one phone for a work and personal number and would avoid mixups with a work contact receiving a call from your personal line, or vice versa.
