Does anyone have battery percentage skipping? I was using my phone and it dropped from 98% to 91% right before my eyes. Does it really need recalibrated, I didn’t think that was a thing anymore. If it helps I have a Verizon SE 32GB and installed through iTunes (not clean, just updated over 12.0.1 official).

Haven’t noticed. But ... sigh. You mentioned this and now I’m watching like a pot of water to boil ....

Anyone else's universal clipboard broken between iPhone and MacOS? Mine doesn't work at all and both are updated to 12.1 and 10.14.1.

Also happening on my 7+ DFU fresh install from 12.0.1, Data LTE and 3G seem “slowed down” don’t know if the two are connected?

Could be related. I was wondering if it’s because I recorded a few videos recently for a music video. But I check my storage and I got over 8GB free. So not sure what’s up. It’s really annoying cause those are pics I either sent or got a few days ago.

I don’t know why it’s deleting them and want me to redownload and then it doesn’t keep em.

is anyones iCloud Keychain not loading on their device? its fine on my existing X and MacBook but a new Xr won't load any of the passwords.

iPhone Max and 2016 Audi still having Bluetooth issues when on the phone. Either I stop hearing them or they stop hearing me mid call. Was hoping for a fix. No change with 12.1.

Have you tried deleting the car-phone bluetooth connection and re-pairing? That has helped me in the past.

to delete the connection:
settings > bluetooth > tap the circled I next to your audi connection > forget this device

I have XS max and I do trust me it’s there, tilt your phone side ways away from face like it could t scan ur face and it will fail and try again you will see it

Put your hand over your mouth and nose then raise your phone to wake it. The first new animation happens (swipe at the top of the screen). Leave your hand on your face then swipe up and immediately remove your hand and you’ll see the second new animation.

Edit: quoted DimaVR instead of the other person, but you get what I’m getting at. :)

I'll be taking my IPP 10.5" into Apple in a few days to hopefully be replaced due to a screen issue, I'm on 12.1 PB5.
Is there anything special I need to do other than back up my current IPP and then update the new one to 12.1 before I restore the back up?

So far, 12.1 has been working fine on my iPhone X.
Occasional App Store app and setting app freezing has been resolved.
Setting wallpaper no longer crashes springboard.
And most importantly, screen time data loss due to app deletion has been fixed.

Many times doesn’t seem to be helping. I’ve deleted the connection on the car and device. Today I deleted all Bluetooth connections and reset network settings and re-paired. Fingers crossed.

Looks like I'm getting the 150MB cellular app limit again on 12.1. Did they add this back in?

In case anyone was wondering, the 'start on wifi and finish on LTE' "bug" for downloading OTAs no longer works.
I haven't checked this since I had the issue on iOS11, but if that bug also impacted standard app downloads, then I'm glad it's fixed.

I was roaming somewhere in Asia with a 250MB limit on data, so have the App Store set so that it can't use mobile data. Cool. Except I started to update around 10 apps on a friend's wifi before going out. The downloads continued as best as they could until they burnt through my entire data roaming package that I was hoping would last me two weeks!

Normally I'd say something snarky in response, but you have a legitimate reason that trumps my need to update iOS while at work (we don't have wifi).

This has been happening to me for a while now, Keychain not properly syncing between devices... not sure what to do, let me know if you find a solution!

Give the snarky response anyway; I like 'em. What's needed is for Apple to simply remove any limits on mobile data usage. So, if you have the App Store set so it can use mobile data that's what it should be able to do. For any size of download.

I agree, I have an (actually) unlimited data plan, let me use it.

So here's the snark, per your request:

Maybe you should stick to hanging out in one of them internet cafes where the kiddos play WoW and DotA until they keel over, so I can download my OTAs while at work. My Beta addition must be fed. (admittedly that wasn't my best; I actually forgot what my original response was going to be, lol)

Ram management on an iPhone X has been horrible. Apps reload all the time even apps that were just used a couple apps ago. It’s ridiculous how 3GB of ram isn’t enough these days. Anyone have any tips or tricks to make it better?

good luck. Network settings was definitely going to be my next suggestion :)

Have you asked your car dealer if they have any software updates on this? (Just running through the list)

Also, do you consistently drive with Navigation? And if so, it would be good to know which map app, and if it happens with all map apps. On my previous car, most of my BT call problems occurred when using a maps app, and the phone seemed to work reliably when NOT using maps

Also does your car have carplay? I assume you're not using it because you mention BT explicitly. If your car does have carplay, you might want to try it because the audio is wired and definitely does not rely on bluetooth for the calls

Anyone know if this version fixed the problem of not re-connecting to cellular network when getting out of wifi zone or re-emerging from a no-signal zone? I had to re-boot my X frequently when getting out of subway station or there won't be cellular data at all. I never had this problem before upgrade to iOS 12. 12.01 did not fix the problem.

Anyone else notice that group MMS chats with non-iMessage members displays "iMessage" in the text box, and the bubbles go out blue?
