Anyone outside of the US notice that Apple Pay cash is no longer in the setup on the iPhone with iOS 12.3 beta 2.

Not showing in Canada.
It‘s not exclusive to this beta. I run livd 12.2 and the APC toggle disappeared in my settings app (germany).

It‘s most likely a serverside switch for them and I wouldn‘t take it as a sign that APC is about to launch. I mean we had the cash toggle sincd AP launch late last year and I can almost guarantee you that we‘re not going to get it any time soon.

Issue: App Store Cannot Connect

After installing the latest iOS 12.3 Developer Beta 2, you will find out you will not be able to connect to the App Store.

After opening the App Store you will received an error as below:

Cannot Connect to the App Store

To Resolve This Issue

Try these solutions

1. Make sure you are connected to the internet and it is working
2. Sign-out / Sign-in with your apple ID and password
3. Go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> All Network Settings
4. Install other iPSW

Note that for me step 3 resolve this issue.

Jumping on this beta. I’ve noticed some small Wi-Fi issues on iOS 12.2... inconsistent/no network speeds

After 1 day of usage the can say that , the battery is good . The first 2,3 hours after I installed this beta my Xs max was quite smooth, after that it was stuttering a little bit ! When I woke up in this morning ,I’ve seen again that aggressive stuttering , choppiness, dropped frame rates .. and animations a a little bit slower .. it’s feeling that the A12 is aggressively throttle .. anyone with Xs max can confirm this ?

Are we thinking the Public Beta for 12.3 will drop today at noon again? Not sure why the delay as the first beta for 12.3 hit the public only 3 hours later.

Ya, you're right. That week was a bit of a blur. So likely today then.

I was too busy fighting with all the issues the Public release of 12.2 brought with it.... Wish'd I had stayed on beta 6 for 12.2, that was rock solid.

The YouTube stuttering is very much specific to Google’s coding. It seems easily bogged down compared to nearly any other app. Google Maps has similar stutter.
No. The YouTube app has been this way ever since iOS 11. It was perfect on iOS 10.

I didn't have any trouble, went right to it as I had a bunch of apps in need of updating.

My only issue with this beta and beta 1 is that WiFi doesn’t stay OFF when toggled from control center.

Turned it off

Maybe it's your carrier and your location. I have never had a signal issue with XS Max on Verizon.
Seeing is how I’ve lived in the same exact area and worked in the exact same area for several years, I can say that’s not it.

Also, I don’t know how that would make everything jittery. I’m talking like game play, web browsing, etc on WiFi. (And yes, my WiFi signal is good at home and at work).
