This! the black color is too bright. I use iPhone 7+

The control centre background colour is dependent on what’s on the phone screen at the time.

If you do it from the settings app it will be really bright.

If you do it from your home screen it will depend on what app icons are on the screen.

Interesting issue found this morning after installing ios 12 PB 3 yesterday.

My Swann CCTV app stopped transferring video from cameras. Instead I have a rainbow stripes on both cameras.
For the moment I thought cctv died.

Tested on my wife's 11.4 still working great.

Was fine last night on PB 2

Cisco anyconnect vpn client is not able to detect client authentication certificate installed on iPhone. Hence vpn connection not initiating.

Well my wifi is still no good. With other macbook's and an iPhone 5 working fine, PB 2 messed mine up and PB3 has not changed that.

EDIT: Ok, so I found this article about changing my DNS, even though I had tried this before.

The only thing I didn't do last time was to flush my old DNS settings by using airplane mode, etc.
Anyway, at the moment with my very quick 5 min test, this appears to be working nicely and my 5ghz wifi is back to it's best. Still very weird as every other Macbook or iPhone is using automatic settings and is still ok, BUT the iPhone 5 is not on iOS 12.
I will update this post with further info once I've used my phone today.

Cisco Anyconnect works on my iPhone 7+ with iOS 12 PB3 (latest) no problem here.
 
Is anyone else having an issue where the Apple News widget no longer displays a few top headlines and instead says to go read it in the app?

I'm getting the same thing here. Last night and Tuesday night I can't wake my phone in a dark room!
 
Will like to ask, I am using ios12 beta now, my backup is on 11.4, so since aaple stop signing 11.4 already, when I restore back to 11.4.1, will I still be able to restore my backup?

I also have a Swann CCTV system and the app is doing the same thing for me.

Edit: If I switch to the MainStream instead of SubStream it works properly.

I'm actually still in the process of downloading apps that I had before. This morning I downloaded the Wells Fargo app and it didn't prompt me for the double click to install like had previously been happening so.... tentative yes.

So the cloud icon for previously downloaded apps is back? Also, can you look up your past purchases via Updates -> tap on your profile pic/initials -> Purchased -> My Purchases ?

Yes and affirmative.

Remember though, I rolled back to iOS 11. There's still the possibility of functionality being affected by the beta.

Just updated to PB3 and the red dot on my "messages" icon on the home screen never goes away even though I have read all messages. I've tried rebooting, disabling and re-enabling notifications for messaging, and a hard reset. No luck. Submitted a bug report. Hope this gets fixed soon. I'll have 500 messages in that dot by the time the next beta comes around.
