You guys have severe ADHD I need help plleeeeeaaasssseeeee
LOL seriously though, I just have β as a text replacement for beta because it was easier for math homework to type it than finding the key combinaison
[Sorry, can’t help you as I don’t have any AirPlay 2 devices]

I’m experiencing the bug which prevents the display from waking. It’s really annoying and it has already happened more than 10 times...

Such are the joys of running beta software.

I've not experienced this one... but I have experienced an issue 3 or 4 times where the icon buttons are non-functioning - tap an icon and nothing happens. I can always get them to work by just locking and then unlocking the screen...

Curious, how do you recover from this? Hard boot? Wait it out?

Only hard reset works. Today it happened 3-4 consecutive times.

Not having many problems with this beta. iPhone 6S. It does seem that you X users are getting the most grief.

I did have an interesting thing yesterday though. I suddenly noticed, after using the phone pretty much all day that I still had 97% battery. Wow! Too good to be true of course, and a reboot reverted it back to reality at 32%. Hey ho.

The battery indicator is messed here as well. Especially when it gets around 20%.

Didn't see this issue listed in the first post...

Using the Music app, choose Downloaded Music->Songs->Shuffle. After a random amount of shuffled songs, the playlist will start playing from the first song in the list (alphabetical) and will play all songs in sequence from then on. Unless you go back and shuffle again.

On my iPhone 8 i'll receive the red marked message "Insights & Suggestions" since this beta. And even after a few days and a couple of restarts, on the new beta it does not disappear.

I agree with some people saying beta 4 is the worst beta so far. Face ID is slow, messages text box and keyboard is wonky, first time experiencing clock on lock screen disappearing, GPS having issues again but thankfully not completely unusable.

Also, when receiving videos in iMessage, the video comes through super tiny that you can't even tap it to expand. Never seen this before when using iMessage.
B3 was the worst for me as I couldn’t connect to iTunes so no adding movies to vlc.

Tv app useless for home sharing for me never works.

In some E-Mails i still cannot open attachments. I see the icon in the list but when I‘m opening the mail there is no attachment.

And is it normal that Push does only work with iCloud and Hotmail Accounts?

Experiencing frequent framedrops when swiping across home screen app pages on iPhone 7 and poor battery life on the latest public beta.

Never noticed any speed improvements on any of the betas on this device at all tbh. And scrolling through the app switches on iPad Pro 10.5 is still a bit choppy. Assuming it’s more noticeable on older devices then.

Do your emails actually have attachments? I ask because I might get an email showing it has attachments but it actually doesn't and it's just the signature logo.

Also, Apple doesn't allow push with Gmail.

For the display bug, I have auto brightness turned on and all I need to do is face my phone towards my MacBook screen or a light source to increase the brightness above minimum and it comes back on

Yes. For example the bills from my providers. I can open them all with outlook on iOS but not with Apple Mail.

Well my wifi is still no good. With other macbook's and an iPhone 5 working fine, PB 2 messed mine up and PB3 has not changed that.

EDIT: Ok, so I found this article about changing my DNS, even though I had tried this before.
https://www.igeeksblog.com/how-to-change-dns-on-iphone-ipad/
The only thing I didn't do last time was to flush my old DNS settings by using airplane mode, etc.
Anyway, at the moment with my very quick 5 min test, this appears to be working nicely and my 5ghz wifi is back to it's best. Still very weird as every other Macbook or iPhone is using automatic settings and is still ok, BUT the iPhone 5 is not on iOS 12.
I will update this post with further info once I've used my phone today.
[doublepost=1532292371][/doublepost]Have exactly the same issue with my 6s on bete3. Internet connection over WiFi drops although it is still connected to the router and I have confirmed it is still connected via the MAC address. Drops on both 2g & 5g. Other devices like iPad and laptop are fine. Turn the WiFi off and back on restores the connection. Works on the sim connection fine when WiFi is off. Tried different dns settings on both 2g & 5g and it makes no difference, reset network connections makes no difference as does rebooting it. Worryingly I restored to a backup of 11.4.1 and had the same issue so put the beta back on as I didn’t want to factory reset. Also tried turning off Bluetooth and no change. Hope this is resolved soon as I really don’t fancy a factory reset as I feel that is my only option left. Cheers.

It's quite disconcerting that falling back to iOS 11.4.1 does not fix the issue. Very annoying. Thanks for posting as I won't bother doing that in the future. I too am waiting for future beta updates and hope it gets sorted.
If you haven't done so already, make sure you report it to Apple via the feedback app. :)
[doublepost=1532296548][/doublepost]Why do you lot say ‘hard reset? It is not a hard reset or all data would be wiped.
It’s a ‘soft reset’ by using home & lock buttons on my 6S Plus.

Who decided the black music controls looked good? Awful.
