No issues on my iPhone SE or iPad Pro 10.5

Only one issue on my 10. Sending a second picture through the messages app leads to a white screen. Have to close the app completely, go back, and send the second one again.

I’ve just noticed in this beta that if I ask CarPlay to send a message to Jane Doe, Siri says “sending a message to Jane” not “sending a message to Jane Doe” as in the past.
 
Any people have problems with iphone x that the screen will not going on in the dark ?
Tipping on screen and side button not working, hard reset also not fix this problem !

Yeah, had this this morning, oddly enough when my alarms were going off, i could even touch the area of the screen to dismiss/snooze. Did reset, Apple logo showed but that's it. Was half asleep so didn't bother with it and when I went to use it later it worked. Noticed this release has been buggier than the last especially with the screen.

No issues meaning your controls aren’t dark like mine, or that you don’t mind the dark skin?

Using the Music app, choose Downloaded Music->Songs->Shuffle. After a random amount of shuffled songs, the playlist will start playing from the first song in the list (alphabetical) and will play all songs in sequence from then on. Unless you go back and shuffle again.

It makes sense if you have an Apple Watch as it will always be showing/connected via BT so pretty pointless having the BT icon taking up space. I take it the icon is hidden regardless of if you have an Apple Watch or not?

Sometimes it happens right away from hitting "shuffle" to start a playlist. I was wondering what the odds were that it started shuffle with the first song in my playlist (has almost 1,500 songs..."My Top Rated")...and then I noticed it played the same artist two songs in a row.

Hit shuffle again and it seemed to work fine...but haven't had it go back to sequential playing yet...that I've noticed...

I actually think the dark music controls look fine. It’s the clash between the dark theme for music controls and the light theme for all other notifications that bugs me. At least having both be light themed in iOS 11 was consistent.

If you haven't done so already, make sure you report it to Apple via the feedback app. :)

It’s a ‘soft reset’ by using home & lock buttons on my 6S Plus.

I have an Asus router and all is well on 2g/5g. By any chance, does your router have a universal beamforming setting that you can disable? Sometimes that feature doesn’t play well with devices.

Yes. it is hidden nonetheless. Even connecting my BT headphone wont have that icon show up.
 
Only bug I’ve noticed is that sometimes I can’t interact with lock screen notifications. I tap on them and nothing happens. iPhone X. The clear button works, however.
 
I'm seeing the slow death of apps on my iPhone 8 running latest PB. Just wondering if anyone's seen anything like this?

First of all, [FB] Messenger stopped loading - it gets stuck on the blank loading screen and eventually crashes out. Then the FB app itself started doing the same. Then I noticed my Home accessories weren't showing in CC and when I open the Home app I just get a black screen. Spotlight doesn't return any results now. This has all happened in the space of a few hours. I've tried restarting my phone.

Obviously I know it's a beta and if this continues to be a problem I'll probably downgrade, but wondering if anyone else has seen this?

edit: Add YouTube to the list :eek:

My iPad has bricked again. First on Beta 3, now on Beta 4. May have do clean install as new rather than recovery. May be something in my backup causing the issue. Or it’s time for a new iPad.
 
Probably been asked but will my original gen watch still work with my 7 Plus on the public betas ? Watch is 4.3.2.

If you are able to reinstall iOS to recover your iPad then it isn't bricked. A bricked device is unrecoverable via conventional methods (hence the term brick...you now have an expensive brick).

Deleted apps that weren’t working but now they’re just not downloading when I try to get them again:confused:
