I removed here from family and added here again, but she still don’t show up in screen time.
This was not a problem in beta 1,2 and 3.

I think the fact that non-children family members aren't showing up in Screen Time is a feature, not a bug.

Have you or she gone into the Screen Time settings on her phone since the update? I had to set it up again on this beta before it started recording data.

Try turning screen time off and on again (on yours and your kids?). This is at the bottom of MacRumors article announcing the release of the beta, that it has to be reenabled.

Doesn’t work for me. If you go under iCloud, family sharing, screen time, select screen time (to turn it on) nothing happens. (White screen and can’t turn it on)

Going to iCloud and creating a new account doesn’t let you create a child account either. Apple must of turned this feature off

Yes, I already tried that, turning off screen time on all devices and on again. My wife still don’t show and my kid is no data at all.

Same. I had a combined 0 from betas 1-4. Mine have all come when hitting “send” on a message in iMessage. Kinda worrisome that it seems speed and stability have suffered from Beta 1&2 to now. I’m confident they’ll get it back by launch, but still, seems odd.

So far I've had no restrings. Had a few on beta 1 and 2. Happy that in beta 5 it looks like exchange email finally pushes reliably. So far this seems like a major improvement over beta 4 to me.
 
In the People album, the Confirm Additional Photos, Unfavorite This Person, Remove From People Album functions have been moved from the bottom of the person’s album, to an ellipse button in the top right.

Just updated my 7 plus and iPad 10.5.

Observation of iPad on 5Ghz, upon initial install PB4. Speed tests were very jittery and not full speed. iPhone was perfectly fine on same tests. I tried multiple times to confirm issue. I then forgot connection on both, reconnected and still same issue with iPad. Reset network settings on both for good measure, reconnected both and iPad speed tests are fine now. Odd. Will report.

Updated to PB4 on 6S+
Still no bluetooth icon in notification area, why is this?
The X on notification screen are mahoosive! No missing them then. lol. At least they work now and allow you to delete.
3D Touch on Stocks app has reverted to a previous view. I preferred the graph on there as well. Bugger.

EDIT: I forgot to update my wifi issues - something I noticed this past few days, if I connect via my Apple Time Capsule, then after locking/unlocking my iPhone remembers the connection and works fine with internet. The 5ghz would not reconnect on unlocking.
On PB4, my Apple Time Capsule continues to work fine, this is nice anyway. My first test of 5ghz on PB4 is promising - connected to 5ghz, locked phone, waited 3 mins and unlocked, worked fine, no hanging, no spinny thing annoying the heck out of me either. lol
5 min test - all ok still! OO! I shall use my phone as normal and report back later. ;)

I had beta 4 on my iphone 6 and it was terrible and slowly. Yesterday I installed beta 5, and my device is completely fast and smooth, no lag, I haven’t encountered any bugs. Its almost feeling like ios 10 . If this is beta 5, I just wanna see how fast and smoothly will be the GM o the last beta. I suggest you to install ios 12 beta 5, is twice as fast than ios 11.4.1. You won’t regret it.

My iphone 6 is back to life again :D , obviusly still missing some pulish , so I think the last beta its going to be a lot of faster.
