Have you tried to turn off WiFi Assist in Cellular setting? Airplane mode with WiFi? Network reset? Are you using public WiFi? If you attempted to download the update, go to iPhone Storage and delete the partial update and start fresh to trigger it again in Software Update.

No luck....
Still nothing wants to download. Streaming songs over the cloud works fine...everything else perfectly fine. But trying to update, download a song, or download an app? Nope lol acts like I have no service.

The ”pling” sound when downloading/purchasing apps in App Store seems to be removed in this beta.

Can someone else try? (It works on free apps as well so you could eventually try on any app not yet installed on your unit.)

Anyone else experiencing issues with the Home app?
My Home app is stuck on "Loading Accessories and Scenes"
iOS 12 beta seems to break HomeKit configurations and prevents adding of new accessories.

The GPS in Maps was almost completely unresponsive for the first 15 miles of my 65 mile drive this am. I opened GPSDiagnostic which restarts the GPS radio. After that it was 100% spot on

Maps also now seems to offer 3 routes and specifies the time for each on CarPlay. That looked new to me.

I wanted to try out the PB but would like someone to tell me If (generally) apps tend to crash or freeze. Sick of the battery drain on iOS 11.

I cannot update my Apps on the iPhone AppStore. Is there a solution (completly wipe the phone or update app via Mac)?

Pretty stable on my non-daily-driver SE! Can't replicate any of the major bugs and annoyances listed here. Pretty happy with this build.

Still 5 hrs remaining to download the latest PB, started yesterday at 5pm, currently 9:47am. Pretty sure it's frozen at this point, going to do a restart to see what happens,

Works fine here, iPhone X
[doublepost=1533654414][/doublepost]Anyone else notice, if you have a folder on the dock, swipe to the left to the widgets page then swipe back, the folder will be highlighted for a second before returning to normal?

SOLUTION:
- backup iPhone with iTunes
- wipe iPhone
- restore iPhone with iTunes

App Store is working again.

No problem for me. It works perfect.

New images icon when you open camera within iMessages, tapping it opens the gallery view in the app drawer below. So it essentially does the same thing as tapping the photos app itself in the drawer.

Swipe really fast.
I think this raises a very interesting question. Why is there no fast scrolling to the bottom of pages etc. just like there is to the top of pages etc.?
I have some really long lists in Apple Music and everytime a new song is added, it ends up at the bottom... it then takes a lot of ”thumbing” to reach new songs all the way to the bottom. I think this is a good feature request.

Another interesting feature request—which I btw is surprised I never read about anywhere—is a Restart option on the screen just under the Turn off option. I can’t remember how many times I used Turn off to restart AND then forgetting to manually turn my phone on again (not a memory problem, just busy days with tight schedules *smile*). Sorry for being off topic.

I don't see the restart option. iPhone X.

Hello! install the ios 12 beta 6 and the cameras see the refreshment of the light tubes, like slowmotion but less effect, in the other beta this did not happen, did anyone have the same problem?
Thanks !

Just experienced my first black screen in Settings app even though having all Apple apps installed.

I was inside the Apple ID (first option on main screen, iCloud, Storage and scrolling all the way down and as soon as the Siri storage shows up the screen goes black. As long as I don’t scroll to the Siri option, everything is fine.

Guess this has to do with the Siri problem mentioned in the Read me file, but in my case I have all apps installed.

Eeh...? As I said—it’s a feature request and hence you don’t have the option. Good morning ;-)

Thus far my bluetooth speaker, that was connecting incorrectly in the last two betas, is connecting correctly.

iMessage notifications are now coming through. Resetting Network Settings seems to have fixed that. Overall this beta seems to be running well now. Will report any bugs I notice.

Do the following

1. Settings - Messages - turn off iMessage (if the button is on)
2. Settings - FaceTime - turn off FaceTime
3. Restart phone.
4. Settings - Messages - turn iMessage on and it should activate.

Does not help. Back to iOS 11.4.1 without losing any data. Now im scared of going to iOS 12 beta 6 again.

Haha wow okay I guess quitting coffee comes with disadvantages. Doesn't help that I want that feature badly so I must've skipped over request subconsciously.

There are dozens, if not hundreds of variables that can cause the slowing down with each consecutive beta - mainly coming down to how you use the device. If you push your device, its more likely to cause crashing in which more diagnostic logs will be created. Just because one does not experiencing slowing down, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
Question: What if I updating via OTA then setup the phone as new by erasing all content, does this deleting all diagnostic log?
