Im gonna keep saying the same thing haha but wow the butter smoothness on this beta is incredible im enjoying my phone again at first i thought ios 12 was a boring release but to be fair apple has done the right thing, its so beautiful having the ios so smooth and a month away from GM it can only get better, im really happy for once everyone not sure about going to the beta do it

Am I the only one that has noticed that email alerts don’t vibrate? And the default tone is none? Has been there since beta 5 for me and have reported it.

Mail notifications dont vibrate for me also. Vibrations dont occur even though configuration made for it.

Some other nice speed improvements I’ve noticed - keyboard feels faster when entering text, and swiping away banner notifications (down) is much quicker, more fluid.

Has anyone noticed the paid and free tabs are incorrectly placed for Games? Is this an intentional change in iOS 12? Kind of irks me that it's not the same as the Apps page.

My Watch on watchOS 4 is working fine too. Went on a run this morning and everything worked as normal.

Can't update using the IPSW with iTunes, it keeps telling me I need to have the latest version, I have the latest version. Always preferred to install via iTunes vs OTA, in case something failed.

I appreciate your optimism but based upon recent history I don't think this is a given...

Things like that has always been a problem from time to time (regardless of iOS version) and can mostly be solved by a restart.

Someone else having problems with HomePod not wanting to play Beats 1? even if you put it manually thru the iPhone it wont play, you can only play it on the iPhone and send it via AirPlay to the speaker.

Edit: it fixed itself.

Only way to do this is to download xCode 10 beta 6 if you are using a Mac..

If you are using PC, try iTunes 12.7.5 (use Google to search). Worked for me, latest version not.

Same here.
Apple has told me on bug portal that this issue would be resolved in GM for Mohave.
However it has not been clarified how does it relate to Windows.

For the first time my iPhone X is now displayed with the new default iOS 12 wallpaper in iTunes when connected to iTunes to make a backup of my phone. Before beta 8, iTunes used to display the old default iOS 11 wallpaper.

Glad I’m not the only one who noticed. Tried to reset all keyboard and 3d touch settings but cant find a fix. It’s especially very bad when you type something and have to use the cursor immediately after you type, then you get like a 2 sec delay......

Yep that’s exactly what it’s like for me. I even messed around with my settings too. I set it to light sensitivity and it’s only slightly better.

This beta is great, loving IOS 12 and the improvements in speed and other enhancements on my Iphone 7+.

AirPods are working fine here. Easily switches from iPad to lPhone.

Have you tried “forgetting” and repairing?
