Here is a big ol' bug. My ringer and haptics quit working on my XS Max when IOS 13.1 installed. I was coming from IOS 13 Beta 7, which worked fine. If I have the Sounds and Haptics settings open, then the phone will ring once. If I reboot the phone. It will work fine for about 5 minutes. DND is off, the ringer switch is on, silence unknown callers is off. Already did a reset on All Settings. Went back to 12.4.1, and now IOS 13 isn't even an option anymore. Damn phone just updated to 13.1. I had to change my greeting to let people know that my ringer isn't working. C'mon beta 2. Why in the hell did Apple do that?

Works as it should on my XS Max, also on my wife's, you may want to do a clean install of IOS.
Wish I could. Stuck on an old MB Pro on 10.13.6 High Sierra. Even if I had access to the ipsw, can't install Xcode. And yes, I realize the issues of using a dev profile if not a dev. Really don't want to downgrade to 12.4.1 (and start over).

I have that issue on 13.0 Beta 8. Just gotta ride it out till GM. I'd roll back to 12, but since I updated my AW to WatchOS 6, I need to be on iOS 13.x as well.

I'm not familiar with Android or the feature you're alluding to, but my guess is Android estimates when your device will finish charging to 100% and presents that on the lock screen. The screenshotted feature is different in that your phone will stop charging at a certain point overnight and restart automatically at a certain point in time so that is finally hits 100% right around the time you normally wake up.
Also like that Android will tell you what speed you are charging at. You only know that in Apple if you notice the double ding when you start charging.

Seeing a new one on my IPP 12.9 G2 13.1 PB.
I am not seeing this on the XS Max.

Open Safari and access a website that displays online documents (read only).
I open the document and zoom to the level it is easy to read.
Close Safari (shrink to task manager)
Reopen Safari.
The document reopens in a highly Zoomed format.
Does not do this in 12.4.1 on IPP or on the XS Max in 13.1 PB.
Before Close.jpg After Open.jpg

It does this on only some websites.
Reported.

Was it ok until beta 8? Mine was fine until 13.1. I must have missed beta 8. I hope they get it addressed promptly.

I have few interesting observations and issues to share some of which have already been stated in this thread.

1. Sharing Suggestions show up blurred out on the Share Sheet (all my devices)
2. 3D Touching a contact photo in Messenger for a message thread crashes the application (either initially or eventually), but long-pressing it does not and works as expected
3. Quick replying to a Message on lock screen results in the close "X" button and options "..." button to not work so you have to swipe up to close it (X/XS of course)
4. Quick replying in Microsoft Teams on the lock screen doesn't work at all because the keyboard doesn't respond in addition to the close and options buttons not responding
5. The folder title is show floating about 1.25" above the top of the folder box outline instead of being much closer to it (XS Max)
6. Phone doesn’t make the “ding” sound when I connect it to a power source (cable or wireless)

Interesting note for item 1, rolling back to iOS 13 beta 8 results in the Sharing Suggestions row to completely disappear, and updating it to iOS 13.1 beta 1 does not bring it back (iPhone 8 and 6S Plus—haven’t tried Max yet but expect the same result). So there's no Sharing Suggestions and no empty row with blurred out icons.

Of course I filed bug reports with Apple for all of these items.

I don't think I see it mentioned in any of the previous 23 pages but this beta has super sensitive touch. My Xs Max does not even care for 3D touch, if my finger sits on any link or icon for half a second, it's considering it long press. Please tell me there are others out there.

Ugh. Wish this iPad was smart enough to know that’s its already on the latest beta. Tired of looking at the software update notification.

Listening to this week's Connected podcast, Federico hinted that little birdies in Apple told him that 13.1 is going to be a fast follow to 13.0. Given the iCloud Files stuff is still missing, I think there is a chance we will see this by end of September.
This may explain the highly unusual step to release a 13.1 beta before even the public release of iOS 13. I don't think it's ever been done before, if memory serves me well.

NEW UPDATES FROM MY FEEDBACK!!

WELL I’M SORRY I DIDN’T KNOW iPHONES ARE DESIGNED TO BLIND ME FOR CHECKING MY PHONE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT
Either they didn't read it properly or you didn't phrase it in way they could understand the actual problem. Close it and open a new one.

You're warned to not install betas on primary / critical devices. Take heed next time.
