New option to activate hey Siri when phone is facing down or covered
I didn’t read the release notes. I humbly apologize.
Although, by that rationale, any bug fix that gets mentioned in the release notes shouldn’t be talked about here.
Anybody else getting the Apple TV app crashing on launch, scrolling through list or very quickly after launch of title ?
I have logged it with Apple already
Anyone also having this issue? I have that problem since the last 13.3.1 beta, also in the final and still in the current 13.4 beta....![]()
iOS 13.3.1 + iPhone XS + LTE/cellular connectivity problems?
Hi, everyone. Today I made this same post in the 'troubleshooting' subforum but so far I've received no responses. Posting here, too -- for increased visibility. Thank you for reading!forums.macrumors.com

In BetaLand, there are no absolutes. The first developer preview (beta) after WWDC has no public beta associated with it. Subsequent betas usually have the public component 2 days after the developer beta is released. Once the "x.0" version (e.g. 13.0) is released in September, subsequent betas usually will have public betas that come out a day or later. This one was interesting because the developer beta was released on a Wednesday. The normal protocol would have been a public beta today (2 days later). But its a Friday and that seems unlikely (Apple tends not to release betas on Fridays, likely to avoid problems that would have to wait til Monday to resolve).Yea I always thought a week but then read somewhere it comes out 24 hours after.
I don't think we would with an iOS update. AirPods Pro performance is via its own firmware, which has not been updated.owners of Airpods Pro: did you see any improvement in ANC or some additional function under accessibility > airpods pro?

I had the same experience with my XS. By the time I had deduced it was definitely a hardware issue, my iPhone X was long gone. My Pro performs much better than that phone ever did.Been there with that issue on the iPhone XS Max. Almost the entire time I had that phone, the signal just seemed to be weaker everywhere. Missing Emails and notifications from just about any app, calls dropping, all of a sudden getting no signal at all. I remember at first that seemed to be a 5Ghz WiFi connection issue, but then Cellular was impacted, too (AT&T for me). My iPhone X was GREAT and now no issues with my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I'm convinced the XS Max is cursed with a hardware issue or some kind of limitation where software can only be tweaked so much.
Uhhh...
• open the Settings app
• scroll down to your list of third party apps
• tap any app to enter the settings section for that application
• then tap or swipe back to the previous Settings screen
This crashes the Settings app 95% of the time on my iPhone 11 Pro.
Would anyone be willing to post a screenshot of the standard activated Experimental Webkit Features (Settings > Safari...). Forgot to make one myself before testing a bit with features on/off.
Much appreciated.

Definitely looking that way...Back to old 1 week later Public build schedule then?
The public versions typically start in later betas for x and x.x builds. Maybe around beta 2 or 3. As for any differences between Dev and Pub, they are the exact same builds. Look at the build numbers to verify they are the same. Just may not match the descriptive name/number. Dev beta 2 may become PB beta 1 for example.Back to old 1 week later Public build schedule then?
has anyone actually noticed or experienced a difference between Dev betas and public?
I see... but for me it worked perfectly until that iOS update and also only for 3 Austria on LTE (all is fine with A1 on LTE, I have dual SIM), plus it‘s an 11 pro max and not an XSM. Same on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I don’t go into those settings very often at all though so it’s not that big of a deal for me.
Most of these bugs don’t bother me at all. It’s so rare that I actually encounter them in everyday use.
Still...they exist, and that’s a problem.
I don't consider it a "Bug" when it is a "Known Issue" and stated as such in the Beta Release Notes that folks need to read before they install beta software.
