I think long ago it was a week, then it was the next day, but for quite a while now the public betas have been available just a couple hours after the dev. I'm actually kind of surprised this one wasn't same-day.
Yea was checking occasionally and haven't seen anything yet. Hopefully today.

Hi...

It's frustant.

With this Beta (13.4) doesn't work external devices on Safari Downloads...

As far, you had the possibiity to put downloads in a NAS (SMB) directly, with Safari Downloads Settings, having previously configured the SMB connection in Files app., but now no. Only appears "In this iPhone" and "iCloud Drive"...

I have encountered several issues this afternoon with CarPlay on my VW Tiguan. It never happened before.

Otherwise it is pretty soon.

Is there a way to downgrade to 13.3.1 from 13.4 beta 1 ?

Use recovery mode with Catalina/iTunes or IPSW + Option/Shift + Check for Update

It depends on the beta. Larger updates like this they will sometimes hold off until beta 2 before releasing to public testers. Smaller updates or further along in the cycle they will usually release same day or next day.

Darn I wanted the reeeeeaaaaallllyyyyy??? Memoji Sticker :D

Don't really see anything vital for me. 13.3.1 finally fixed the speakerphone issue to a dull occasional echo from eardrum breaking feedback.

Uhhh...

• open the Settings app

• scroll down to your list of third party apps

• tap any app to enter the settings section for that application

• then tap or swipe back to the previous Settings screen

This crashes the Settings app 95% of the time on my iPhone 11 Pro.

Can confirm this issue.

It’s a weird new interface.

Tapping on the flag icon once allows you to flag in different colors.

Tapping on it again is where things get confusing (see image). You still need to tap the unflagg icon - I suspect most users will tap on ‘Unflag’ thinking its a button, but it isn’t.

This is very poor UI design.
That’s been how you unflag before. Always done poorly.

I actually liked the quick right-hand access to reply and delete - I find the delete icon on the far left very cumbersome.
It should give you a choice. I’m left handed so this is better for me but I’m the minority

New option to activate hey Siri when phone is facing down or covered
That’s gonna be a game changer for my dad with his wallet case!

This is a known issue per release notes:

"After viewing specific app settings and then returning to the main Settings page, the Settings app might quit unexpectedly. (59124369)"

When long-pressing on the FaceTime icon and video calling one of my favourites that pops up, FaceTime loads as if to make the call, then minimises it and re-opens FaceTime as if I'd clicked the icon - in other words, at the screen that shows my recents. I have to click the little minimised thing top left to get the video to show.

All "long-press and selecting a favourite" is broken. I have a favourite that sends an iMessage to someone. I usually long-press the phone icon to get this (as long pressing the iMessage icon is broken again and shows no recents). What should happen is that iMessage opens at the contact and I can type my message. Now, that briefly happens and then the phone app opens at the Favourites screen.

So the bug is .. instead of just the Favourite actioning, that actions and then the app (re-)opens to the main page.

Edited to add more info

Say it after me: "Its....a....beta!"

(I know its frustrating, but it's b1 and this is why they have the beta program in part).

This also was a problem in 13.3.1.

Same here.

Notification centre bug for first notification. They might be in process of changing it to match how cards scroll on widgets screen.

Anyone also having this issue? I have that problem since the last 13.3.1 beta, also in the final and still in the current 13.4 beta....
