Just updated to DB3 today and my experience on XS has been pretty good. I'm not experiencing any of the stutters that have been reported. Cellular and Wi-Fi seems to be working OK also.
I did have to log out of iCloud and back in to get access to HomeKit again. Other than that, not too many serious bugs yet, except that mail badges don't work at all but syncing emails do. I have iCloud, Hotmail and Work email, the latter two are Office365 Exchange syncing. I couldn't get one CC activated in wallet but the other CC's reactivated. Trying to set the Express Card crashes the settings app so I can't set that either.
I updated via the IPSW file and perhaps that's better than OTA? Who knows but worth a try for you all that are having stuttering issues.

Despite the options being renamed. Still don’t receive calls unless on 3G.

Where the heck do I find this? Been through everything.

It's really worth sending a report on a fault like that. Not because of anything you say in the report ("CarPlay doesn't work in my Mazda") but because there's almost certainly something specific in the logs you'll upload in Feedback that says what the issue was at connection time. It's much more diagnosable and actionable than something like badges being the wrong shade of red or touch response being off in some way.

Reported it already. This is exactly what I was thinking re the report.

I’m not gonna argue with you either...outside of the headline (which could reference Catalina or be a flat out error) nowhere in the detailed info listed in the main article does it say anything about PB2 for iOS being released. Try again...

At the bottom it says “Update: Apple has released the second public beta of iOS 13, iPadOS 13, and macOS Catalina to public beta testers.”

Mic dropped!!

LTE with VoLTE in an unsupported network (for VoLTE on iOS) gives you slower data speed, when using LTE without VoLTE it brings back the speed.
- Calls appears to be entering more in this beta.
Bonus: sound app on Apple Watch drains a little bit less battery on S4.

iCloud email still not syncing between iPhone and iPad. Anyone having the same issue or know how to fix?

‘Yes. I can get it to sync by deleting on iPad, then waiting for iPad to stop updating (about 15 sec) then email on iPhone updates (phone running 12.3.1). But if I do it to fast (deleting) then iPhone skips over and misses the delete.

This beta for me is pretty stable but the email is driving me insane! I’ve gotten important emails that are taking a long time to just download and show. And the fact that there’s issues syncing between all my devices
Yes same here. One more thing can’t seem to print an email. See print button of email, but hitting it does nothing.
[doublepost=1562207270][/doublepost]Question, has any found the short cut icon from the safari share button. Can’t seem to run short cuts in Safari.

I strongly suggest not installing this beta 3. Not only Ethernet adapters stopped working, the Kindle when used in conjunction with the USB camera 3 adapter was not recognized at all in the Apple files app.

Once I reverted back to iOS 13 beta 2 it worked the moment I plugged. It looks like the lightning cable started having some issues with this beta 3. Mine is original and I use the iPad Pro 10.5.

For more info about the Kindle watch this video

Oddly when I plugged the lightning cable to my PC using Windows 10-64 bit, iTunes 12.6.5.3 didn’t recognize a few times, I had to remove the cable and then reinsert into the iPad and the PC USB. Somehow there’s an issue in terms of authorization, or some sort of internal flaw that is causing all this. With beta 2 everything is recognized and can be used the moment any cable or adapter is connected.

I was fully convinced the cable was damaged, or the lightning port became defective. No no no, it was all a bug from this beta 3. No issues at all with beta 2.

Something you couldn't plug in at all until a few weeks ago not working doesn't seem like a good reason not to test the latest beta. In fact it seems like a good reason to test the latest beta and file feedback.

If you download latest iTunes, open it with 7-zip, you can selectively install certain packages to improve connectivity with your iOS device and your PC.

I don’t think Apple was kidding around when they told thrill seekers (their words, not mine) to sit this one out. Sounds like they knew there were going to be significant issues throughout the process.

It is the first time they did that. Fortunately I didn’t face a lot of issues on my 8 and MBA 2017. There was one nag with Catalina beta 1 that was resolved by a helpful member.
