Anyone else not receiving calls? My wife is going off her nut because her calls keep going to voicemail.

Not seeing this, but I have had a call or two that show up with NO WAY to answer the call on the phone... no ACCEPT/DECLINE buttons and no SLIDE TO ANSWER bar. Just report it, use AirPods and move on.

Even in 3rd Beta, email is broken, that's very frustrating.

Still Email is frustrating. Syncing and All Inbox display has been big mess.

Many reports of mail issues... mine is not too bad... I do see an occasional badge that won't clear... but overall, it's not bad for me.

Anyone having issues with Markup not working? For example — I took a screenshot, chose the marker tool, and when I attempt to draw with my finger (I don't have an Apple Pencil to try it with) nothing happens.

I'm on an iPad Pro 11in, running the latest Public Beta.

Did a search and didn't see anyone else mention this.
Same here on iPad Pro 10.5.
But it works fine on my iPhone XS Max.

I had this happen yesterday where a call came in and the screen didn’t show an option to answer. The phone just vibrated

Have you tried logging out of iCloud on all your devices? This seemed to fix all my email downloads issues and syncing issues and now it syncs perfect on all my devices

Just upgraded to iOS 13 on an iPhone XS Max and damn its quick, however settings keeps indicating "Software update" with the "1" notification but there are no updates available. Any ideas?
I got that for about 30 minutes after updating, then it went away.

Mail not working on my iPad Pro gen 3. Slow to download, not syncing with cloud and printing not functional at all. Sometime email response go out sometimes not and they don’t sync to the cloud. Forced to do all emails on iPhone XS.

Have you considered the apps you are using could be at fault somehow?
I have the same respring issue (never in the background, if it happens it seems to be during/after face ID unlock on my XS) - it wasn't there on the previous build of Beta 3. Held off updating my iPad, and it's smooth with no issues

Is anyone else having CarPlay problems with 5522g?

It connects, but the new display and menu choices that were available in 5522f are now gone. Pressing CarPlay on the car’s menu screen does nothing. CarPlay music can be accessed through the car’s Audio choices, but Maps can no longer be displayed on the car’s screen, which is a MAJOR loss. And the only way to change apps is on the phone, which means pulling over.

This is true with both of my cars, each of which had CarPlay compatibility and worked fine with iOS 12 and with 5522f.

Any ideas anyone?

Try logging out of iCloud on that device and log back in. I did that on all my devices and fixed those same issues I had

Do you, by chance, have bold text enabled in settings on your phone? Turning that off seems to be fixing CarPlay rendering issues for many here.

CarPlay working fine on my XS Max running 5522g. Sorry it’s not working for you.

Is signing out of iCloud expected to fix problems with non-iCloud email? My @icloud.com account is working fine but my primary email (IMAP hosted by a provider) has lots of performance problems and deletions not being synced to the server. iPadOS 13.0 (17A5522g) on iPad Air 2
