watchOS 5 will be fine. But what about those who are not doing the watch beta because they are not developers? Like me. And I am not going to cheat the system.
I do that, but I've noticed compared to the Mojave betas, Apple aren't caring so much about feedback reports.I’ve reported a ton of bugs over the course of the last six betas. Some have been fixed, some haven’t.
Is there any benefit to selecting “Add New Information” via the Feedback app just to add “this is still happening”
Me too - it got better in DB5 but worse again in this beta.1. WiFi randomly cuts off when on a FaceTime call. End the call and WiFi reconnects. Reported
Like many others, I’ve had all kinds of issues with Mail on the IOS 13 beta. I read somewhere that deleting the stock mail application would help. Figured it wouldn’t hurt so here’s what I did.
1. Delete stock Mail application
2. Remove all email accounts from Passwords and Accounts
3. Sign out of iCloud
4. Restart iPhone
5. Sign back into iCloud
6. Reinstall stock Mail application
7. Add all email accounts back.
After doing the above, ALL of my Mail issues are gone, and Mail is working perfectly... At least for now...
I really like the calendar section in outlook. But I miss my holidays. Have to look for something else. I hope we will get Dark Mode in Outlook soon.
Public beta 5= Developer beta 6Why did it say Beta 5 on mine but after the install it says 17A5556d?
I second Spark. I was having email sync issues (across my iDevices and MacBook Pro) with the stock Mail app, so I decided to try Spark and I have not been disappointed. Well the only thing I'd like is to turn off and on certain mailboxes whenever like I can do with the stock Mail app, but that's not that big of a deal.look at Spark. Calendar included on side bar when you choose to show it. I’m running beta 6 and it has been working fine since I tried it after beta 2. Running on an iPad Pro 12.9 gen 3. So far the only thing I miss for the mail app is the ability to start with the oldest new email and view - delete and view the next oldest email. No back or forward arrows. However if you start with the newest email (and set it the apps settings) you can delete and move to next email in window view.
Dark mode is just a flag for a preferred color scheme. The dev has to theme their app on their own. If you use base UI elements you can probably throw together a dark theme quickly.Question for developers: how easy is it to implement dark mode in your app? Do you think most developers will enable dark mode in their app?
I like the left side ones better. It’s almost like they’re frosted where the ones on the right are just a solid color.View attachment 852216 View attachment 852217 Interesting difference in how the folders are being rendered. The darker ones are from a while ago, the ones more “adaptive” to the wallpaper are from this beta.

Battery on series 4 is a lot better, not as good as it was with watch os 5 just yet....For connection, it works perfectly. If you’re asking about battery life, you’ll have to wait a day or two. Can’t be worse.

Man, I don’t like it. It looks really strange. Wonder why they did that.
I had different problems with the mail app as mentioned by other users. For me the following steps helped, mail is running really smooth now.
- Uninstall Mail app ( all Accounts are IMAP-Accounts, so no data loss)
- Restart iPad
- Install Mail app from App Store again
- Activate all accounts in settings

It's a beta... you're 100% not the intended audience for this software if that's the reaction you have to undesired behaviour in beta software. Please install iOS 12 at your earliest convenience. iOS 13 will be available to the general public in September.
