Where's Mr. "13.1 won't release until late October" now???

I don’t think that was me. I said later September, early October, so I wasn’t far off. I was just wrong about the watches being the reason for it, tho maybe I get bonus point for saying it was due to something announced at the event?

A x.1 release tends to be over a month after a x.0 release, but it could be that due to rumoured new Watches, or something they will announce at the event, but not released the same day as the new phones, that they're wanting that x.1 release earlier than normal, possibly the end of September, or early October. This is much more likely than your Tariffs goes.

I guess I'll install the iOS 13.0 GM on my iPhone 7 Plus, and won't upgrade to 13.1 for a couple weeks.

However, I'll finally install the iPadOS 13.1 beta on my iPad Pro 10.5.

Let's just hope that Catalina gets updated soon to support Sidecar on iPadOS 13.1 beta.

I'll give you 3 out of 4 on your scoring. I would say that you should not get credit for the one day (9/30 vs. 10/xx). You needed to have the courage of your convictions!

As for the 13 GM and 13.1 beta 3, I got the date right for iOS 13 GM, but was off by 2 days for iOS 13.1 beta 3. I was guessing the iPad 13.1 beta 3 release would be later this week.

It wasn't announced, but it still may be coming, since the new iPhone Pros do include Ultra Wide Band support.
