This is the speculation thread. You'd probably be better off asking your question in the thread corresponding to the iOS version currently installed on your phone.
Beta 3 has been incredibly buggy for me with certain apps, so I'm really hoping for a new release today.

Just so I have this straight, since this year has been a little bit of a whirlwind:
anyone currently running 13.1 Beta on their phones will have to wait until 9/30 if they want to jump off the Beta train correct? Because you won't be able to restore your phone from backup if you downgrade to 13.0

Ok thanks. I mean I don't really have an issue with it, 13.1 has been working really well for me.... and if they release another beta or 2 to polish it up further then its all good.
13.1 betas have been weekly from the start so there's time for beta 4 today and beta 5 next week before release on the 30th.
There are no GMs for point releases. They just continue being beta releases until they‘re pushed to stable (which, most of the time, is the last available beta build anyways).
