a) Either they release one today and then release the same one but updated tomorrow/Friday for the new phones etc
b) They wait until tomorrow/Friday and release it for all devices including new phones

Just curious.. what stops them from releasing one today WITH support for the new iPhones? It's not like they have to hide the fact that they exist anymore.

NOoooooo! He didn’t please tell me he didn’t! ;)

Noooo. Your killing is. Your always off a day, so now this puts it Thursday. :D

Nah, iOS 13.0 is coming out for the whole world tomorrow, so for their servers’ sake Apple need to push iOS 13.4 beta out today, the public one too!

means he can never be wrong! :D

13.1 beta 4 today and iOS 13.0 tomorrow. My guess. :)

iOS 13.0 tomorrow has been promised by Apple, so their only nice remaining iOS 13.1 beta slot (not to toast their servers) would be today.

Well, they could release 13.1 beta 4 one day after releasing 13.0 as well. I hope it is today, not day after.

If it isn't today, I don't see them releasing anything until next week as their servers will be hammered with iOS 13 upgrades tomorrow and new iPhones Friday. Therefor, Dan is right, has to be today.

What if it goes down like this....

Today > iOS 13 GM Candidate 2
Today > iOS 13.1 Beta 4
Have we ever gotten 13.0 and 13.1 betas in the same day? I personally don't remember ever seeing two different versions on the same day, but maybe my memory isn't working today.

Hmm, maybe it'll happen.

Then again, Apple doesn't usually release an x.1 version until the x.0 version is out of beta, so this beta cycle is full of lots of new experiences.
