In iOS 13 Safari, mine goes to the “last read” spot, as before. Perhaps wait for your cookies to settle in?
Very nice upgrade to the forum had a little trouble navigating to this thread but everything looks great! I did have to re upload my avatar photo there was a weird bug where it looked cropped. I noticed an increase in GPU performance with iOS 13.1 b4 in Oceanhorn 2 plays a lot smoother now. Animations are a bit faster too overall. Any possibility of a GM for Catalina next week? or is it too early ?

My guess is a GM for Catalina would be too early as it's not due out until a vague "October". I'd expect that to be mid-late October as if it were a matter of days after the iPadOS release on September 30th we'd probably have a specific date.

Nice! I think beta 4 will be the release build
Apple just released 13.1 beta for the new iPhones coming tomorrow! Everyone can now relax a little.
Well, they are certainly on a update roll! 13 & watchOS 6 today and 13.1 on Tuesday, why not 13.2 beta 1 on Wednesday? Not to mention tvOS 13 beta 11 yesterday!
