For what it's worth, my 12 Promax on 14.6 B2 just showed 1603/4094. IMHO, battery for me is better than 14.5.
Thanks. Did you have poor Geekbench results on 14.5.1?

Never had 14.5.1 installedThanks. Did you have poor Geekbench results on 14.5.1?

11 PM. I have never done this kind of tests. I had to buy Geekbench 5. Is result ok?![]()
Definitely a good sign, fingers crossed 14.6 matures this way up to final and doesn’t 180 like the beta leading up for 14.5. Lol
I am seeing the same problem when attempting to update to 14.5.1.Just had a discussion with Apple Support person (gosh some of these folks are good at what they do 😆👍). After he did a screen share and we tried a ‘reset’ he has escalated the problem. It seems they have quite a few similar problems. It seems devices without a SIM card are not effected, therefore it’s mainly iPhones.
The Apple rep was not keen on doing the 14.5.1 upgrade via a connection to a Mac, better to get the OTA upgrade working.
My thoughts are there will be an iOS 14.5.2 to fix this problem.

Peter
What is the problem? I'm tmo and haven't noticed any issues at all, other than 14.5 wasn't good on battery. This seems like it's made the battery life a bit better.does it fix t-mobile cellular data problem?
I've noticed this on my Pro with 14.6 installed, but not on my PM with 14.5.1.I noticed that "Find My" is running in the background 24/7 and is number one on my battery usage list. Do you think it could be related to my Airtag?
Is this a exynos Geekbench result? 😂12 PM 512. Restarted my phone at least once since upgrading to 14.5.1.
This is disappointing, since 14.5 was buttery smooth and I was hoping to stay off the beta train.. 14.6b2 here I come

Noticed this also since getting my AirTag, only happens while the phone is on charge. No change in battery life though.I noticed that "Find My" is running in the background 24/7 and is number one on my battery usage list. Do you think it could be related to my Airtag?
As far as I know, it only affects T-Mobile no credit check plan customers who have iPhone 12 models running iOS 14.5 and newer. Cellular data won’t work on either 5G or lte. Can ONLY make phone calls and text. What is the problem? I'm tmo and haven't noticed any issues at all, other than 14.5 wasn't good on battery. This seems like it's made the battery life a bit better.
Update:I am seeing the same problem when attempting to update to 14.5.1.
Will hold off until there is more info on this issue.
I found a fix to the cpu lag issue.
Download the IPSW for your phone and manually update it through iTunes (hold shift + click update). Something is definitely wrong with the OTA files.
I rebooted multiple times, my device and gb scores are back to normal.
EditedWasn't a universal problem, though - mine was OTA and not a problem on my 12PM.
