You are Apple hardcore full steam ahead trouble isn’t in my vocabulary kind of gal.
I spent a LOT of time fixing phones because I wanted to downgrade from beta or installed the wrong beta. I can go back but I’d rather deal with it how it is and laugh about it later. I am going to borrow a device until Pokémon Go gets fixed though. I have to play it while I’m at work!

Really? that’s not usually the case.
Not sure about betas but my dad has skipped multiple iOS updates before. Skipping from say iOS 7 straight iOS 9 or 10. I’d imagine it’d be the same with the betas. Just look for a new update and skip from b1 to b3. Or 13.6 to b3 even

After watching the WWDC sessions, I was left with the impression that the widgets shouldn't and don't update very often. It is awkward that they want to have a clock one, which seems to be going against what they talked about in the sessions.

I had this same thought. They have some sort of secret sauce powering that one (probably why it has only just now appeared).

Well, he could install the profile and it would probably give him beta 3 out the gate as well. I thought he wanted to go from beta 1 to beta 3 when I responded.

Right. Usually the only “penalty” for skipping builds is that you have to install the full build and not just the delta build (so 2 or 3 GB vs 2-300mb). But you should be able to right from one to the other.

Weather widget disappeared

Open the weather app. It should put the weather widget back in the list. Think of the widgets as not having been activated until you use the app at which point it will be available in the widget list.

I just tried that and no luck.

Yes I do. Opened it and closed it and there still is no widget showing for it. I even reset my phone.

Just to confirm...
1. Delete old weather widget.
2. Open weather app.
3. Go to home screen and initiate wiggle mode.
4. Hit the plus button on top left.
5. Add Weather widget.

If it’s not there still. File a bug report. From what I’ve seen it should come back after the above steps.

That widget is just vanished for some very odd reason. After beta 3 installed the widget went black so I deleted it and now it’s totally gone.

My clock widget is three minutes slow, but the second hand is accurate. It’s a nice looking clock. Wish it was accurate and also wish you could turn the clock on the top bar off, two clocks is redundant.

Oh, I am not enjoying this lack of 3D Touch lol. I use it frequently on the keyboard.
